模塊化多電平換流器排序頻率優(yōu)化設計

【摘要】:模塊化多電平換流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)因其獨特的優(yōu)勢取得了廣泛的應用,其中子模塊電容電壓均衡排序算法成為了熱點話題。目前國內外大多數均壓算法優(yōu)化的目的都是為了降低時間計算復雜度和器件的開關頻率。通過分析MMC子模塊電容電壓更新過程和波動原理,推導均壓算法的最小排序頻率計算方法,通過仿真研究均壓算法排序頻率對均壓效果的影響,根據仿真結果對排序頻率進行了優(yōu)化設計。最后,將廈門柔性直流輸電工程作為算例,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建模型進行仿真,驗證優(yōu)化設計方案的正確性。由仿真結果可知,論文提出的排序頻率優(yōu)化算法具有較好的均壓效果,相比傳統(tǒng)的時刻排序方法可以降低器件一半的開關頻率,且能同時降低整體平均時間計算復雜度。
[Abstract]:Modular multilevel converter (Modular multilevel convertor MMC) has been widely used because of its unique advantages, among which the submodule capacitor voltage equalization scheduling algorithm has become a hot topic. At present, the purpose of most of the equalization algorithms is to reduce the time complexity and the switching frequency of the devices. Based on the analysis of capacitive voltage updating process and fluctuation principle of MMC submodule, the calculation method of minimum sorting frequency of voltage equalization algorithm is deduced, and the effect of sequencing frequency of voltage equalization algorithm on voltage equalization effect is studied by simulation. According to the simulation results, the sorting frequency is optimized. Finally, the flexible direct current transmission project in Xiamen is taken as an example, and the model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the correctness of the optimized design scheme. The simulation results show that the proposed scheduling frequency optimization algorithm has a better voltage sharing effect. Compared with the traditional time sorting method, it can reduce the switching frequency of the device by half and reduce the computational complexity of the overall average time at the same time.
