【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡作為引起旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械振動(dòng)的主要激振力,不但會(huì)導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)加劇,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)引發(fā)安全事故。隨著工業(yè)化的不斷進(jìn)步發(fā)展,旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械也越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用到電力、石化、航空航天等各領(lǐng)域中,針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡的研究也開(kāi)始引起人們的高度關(guān)注。近年來(lái),測(cè)試領(lǐng)域以及計(jì)算機(jī)領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展,儀器儀表與計(jì)算機(jī)的結(jié)合已經(jīng)成為儀器技術(shù)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于動(dòng)平衡領(lǐng)域發(fā)展與研究狀況為背景,對(duì)剛性轉(zhuǎn)子和撓性轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡的原理和平衡方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹和分析,結(jié)合振型平衡法和影響系數(shù)法各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),給出了剛性轉(zhuǎn)子和撓性轉(zhuǎn)子測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)平衡方案;結(jié)合信號(hào)處理相關(guān)知識(shí),利用互相關(guān)分析法以及相關(guān)濾波原理,對(duì)不平衡振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析處理并提取信號(hào)的幅值和相位,實(shí)現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡測(cè)試關(guān)鍵技術(shù);通過(guò)LabVIEW實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)試系統(tǒng)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā),完成了動(dòng)平衡測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的集成。以NI公司生產(chǎn)的USB-6218數(shù)據(jù)采集卡作為動(dòng)平衡測(cè)試系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的核心設(shè)備,結(jié)合個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)以及信號(hào)采集設(shè)備,利用圖形化編程軟件LabVIEW,在動(dòng)平衡理論基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)系統(tǒng)軟件的信號(hào)采集、時(shí)域分析、頻域分析、濾波、故障診斷、動(dòng)平衡算法模塊化設(shè)計(jì)。開(kāi)發(fā)了集測(cè)試、分析與計(jì)算為一體的虛擬動(dòng)平衡系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)不平衡振動(dòng)信號(hào)幅值相位的測(cè)量提取以及所需配重量的求解,完成了對(duì)不平衡量的校正與測(cè)試。最后通過(guò)WS-ZHT5型多功能轉(zhuǎn)子試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了動(dòng)平衡測(cè)試系統(tǒng)各模塊的功能。
[Abstract]:Rotor unbalance, as the main exciting force of rotating machinery vibration, will not only lead to the increase of rotor vibration, but also lead to safety accidents. With the development of industrialization, rotating machinery is more and more used in electric power, petrochemical, aerospace and other fields. In recent years, with the rapid development of the field of testing and computer, the combination of instrument and computer has become the inevitable trend of the development of instrument technology. In this paper, based on the development and research status of dynamic balance field at home and abroad, the principle and method of dynamic balance of rigid rotor and flexible rotor are introduced and analyzed in detail, combining the advantages and disadvantages of mode balance method and influence coefficient method. The dynamic balancing scheme of the rigid rotor and flexible rotor test system is given, and the amplitude and phase of the signal are extracted by using the cross-correlation analysis method and the correlation filtering principle, combining with the related knowledge of signal processing. The key technology of rotor dynamic balance testing is realized, and the software of the test system is developed through LabVIEW, and the integration of the dynamic balance test system is completed. Taking the USB-6218 data acquisition card produced by NI Company as the core equipment of the dynamic balance test system, combining the personal computer and signal acquisition equipment, using the graphical programming software LabVIEW, on the basis of the dynamic balance theory. The modularization design of signal acquisition, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, filter, fault diagnosis and dynamic balance algorithm is realized. A virtual dynamic balancing system is developed, which integrates test, analysis and calculation. The measurement and extraction of amplitude and phase of unbalanced vibration signal and the solution of the required weight are realized. The correction and test of the unbalance are completed. Finally, the function of each module of the dynamic balance test system is verified by the WS-ZHT5 multifunctional rotor test rig.
