大規(guī)模城市電網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)識(shí)別

【摘要】:特大型城市是國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化或政治中心,其人口規(guī)模超大而且高度密集,城市電網(wǎng)的供電負(fù)荷量巨大,部分特大型城市的人口已超過(guò)2000萬(wàn),最高負(fù)荷高達(dá)25GW以上,對(duì)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的可靠性和安全性提出了極高的要求。近10年來(lái),有多個(gè)特大型城市發(fā)生過(guò)大規(guī)模停電,均使國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)遭受巨大損失,帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)混亂。因此,研究特大型城市電網(wǎng)特點(diǎn),提高其安全水平是十分必要的。隨著交直流混聯(lián)系統(tǒng)大容量遠(yuǎn)距離向特大型城市輸電以及電網(wǎng)間歇性電源增多等方面原因,大電網(wǎng)的安全將面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合大規(guī)模城市電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn),考慮城市電網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展和運(yùn)行實(shí)時(shí)性的要求,對(duì)影響電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行識(shí)別具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文基于實(shí)際城市電網(wǎng)的潮流分布特點(diǎn)研究影響電網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行的系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)識(shí)別問(wèn)題。首先研究分析了基于潮流追蹤和深度優(yōu)先搜索的系統(tǒng)源流路徑求取方法,以該方法作為系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)辨識(shí)的基礎(chǔ);其次對(duì)比電網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)識(shí)別研究中存在的不足之處,結(jié)合鏈接分析和潮流追蹤技術(shù)提出一種滿足實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行要求的電網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)辨識(shí)方法;最后考慮到大規(guī)模城市電網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展的需求,根據(jù)多項(xiàng)綜合指標(biāo)同時(shí)加入時(shí)間維度因素結(jié)合動(dòng)態(tài)直覺(jué)模糊綜合決策技術(shù)提出了一種新的城市電網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵線路識(shí)別體系。最后分別利用IEEE的10機(jī)39節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)和實(shí)際的大規(guī)模都市電網(wǎng)作為算例驗(yàn)證了所提出方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Super large cities are the economic, cultural or political centers of the country. Their population is very large and highly concentrated. The power supply load of urban power grid is huge. The population of some super large cities has exceeded 20 million, and the maximum load is above 25GW. The reliability and safety of power grid operation are very high. In the past 10 years, there have been massive power outages in many large cities, which have caused huge losses to the national economy and brought serious social chaos. Therefore, it is necessary to study the characteristics of super-large urban power grid and improve its safety level. With the large capacity long-distance transmission to large cities and the increase of intermittent power supply in AC / DC hybrid system, the security of large power grid will face new challenges. Considering the characteristics of large-scale urban power grid and the requirements of rapid development and real-time operation, it is of great practical significance to identify the key links that affect the safe operation of power grid. Based on the characteristics of power flow distribution in urban power grid, this paper studies the key link identification problem which affects the safe operation of power grid. Firstly, this paper studies and analyzes the method of source and flow path estimation based on power flow tracing and depth first search, and takes this method as the basis of system key link identification, and then compares the shortcomings in the research of power grid key link identification. Combined with link analysis and power flow tracing technology, a key node identification method is proposed to meet the requirements of real-time operation. Finally, considering the rapid development of large-scale urban power grid, A new identification system for key lines of urban power network is proposed based on the combination of time dimension factor and dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive decision technology. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by using IEEE's 10-machine 39-bus system and the actual large-scale urban power grid as examples.
