中低速磁浮單邊直線電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及特性優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為滿足中低速磁浮用單邊直線感應(yīng)電機(jī)(single-sided linear induction motor,SLIM)的牽引制動(dòng)特性要求,給出了兩種備選設(shè)計(jì)方案:一種是八極-80槽(長度1 927 mm),一種是八極(虛擬9極)-89槽(長度2 047 mm).在結(jié)構(gòu)空間、材料成本酌優(yōu)考量的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)SLIM的繞組極數(shù)、節(jié)距、匝數(shù)、槽型、布線等的快速準(zhǔn)確定型,對(duì)兩種SLIM設(shè)計(jì)方案分別進(jìn)行磁路、磁勢(shì)、等值電路、起動(dòng)特性等的計(jì)算,給出相應(yīng)的理論計(jì)算及仿真測(cè)試結(jié)果.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:兩種備選方案均能滿足中低速磁浮牽引要求,其中八極-80槽已經(jīng)量產(chǎn)化,八極-89槽可行性已被驗(yàn)證.對(duì)結(jié)果分析可以得知SLIM設(shè)計(jì)流程和相關(guān)特性計(jì)算方法能為中低速磁懸浮列車驅(qū)動(dòng)用SLIM的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,依據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程,可準(zhǔn)確地計(jì)算出與SLIM動(dòng)態(tài)控制有關(guān)的參數(shù)的靜態(tài)值.
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of single-sided linear induction motor SLIMs for medium and low speed maglev, two alternative design schemes are presented: one is 8-pole -80 slot (length 1 927 mm), the other is ocpole (virtual 9 pole -89 slot (length 2 047 mm). On the basis of considering the structure space and material cost, the SLIM winding pole number, pitch, turn number, groove shape, wiring, etc., and the magnetic circuit, magnetic potential and equivalent circuit of the two SLIM design schemes are respectively carried out. The corresponding theoretical calculation and simulation test results are given. The experimental results show that the two schemes can meet the requirements of medium and low speed maglev traction, in which the eight-pole -80 tank has been mass-produced, and the feasibility of the eight-pole -89 slot has been verified. The analysis of the results shows that the SLIM design flow and the calculation method of related characteristics can provide a reference for the optimization design of SLIM for the drive of medium-low speed maglev train, and according to the structural design process, The static values of parameters related to SLIM dynamic control can be calculated accurately.
