【摘要】：以典型富氧燃燒鍋爐風(fēng)煙燃燒穩(wěn)態(tài)模型為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)35MW富氧燃燒系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行工況下的風(fēng)煙燃燒過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行仿真,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中涉及的配風(fēng)、注氧、漏風(fēng)控制和CO_2捕集工藝優(yōu)化等主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,提出了改進(jìn)運(yùn)行特性和工藝參數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié)手段.結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)漏風(fēng)率限制在3.6%以下時(shí),干循環(huán)煙氣理論上可獲得80%以上的CO_2體積分?jǐn)?shù);高效的煙氣水分脫除有利于系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行和循環(huán)煙氣中CO_2的捕集;不同的供氧配風(fēng)方式將會(huì)造成燃燒優(yōu)化、系統(tǒng)安全和控制調(diào)節(jié)的性能差異.
[Abstract]:Based on the steady-state model of the typical oxygen-enriched combustion boiler, the data of the air-smoke combustion process under the steady operating condition of the 35MW oxygen-enriched combustion system are simulated, and the air distribution and oxygen injection involved in the operation of the system are also carried out. The main problems such as air leakage control and CO_2 capture process optimization are analyzed in detail, and the adjusting methods to improve the operation characteristics and process parameters are put forward. The results show that the dry circulation flue gas can theoretically obtain more than 80% CO_2 volume fraction when the air leakage rate is below 3.6%, and the efficient flue gas moisture removal is beneficial to the system operation and the capture of CO_2 in the circulating flue gas. Different oxygen supply and air distribution mode will lead to the performance difference of combustion optimization, system safety and control regulation.
