柔性轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)軸彎曲與不平衡耦合振動(dòng)分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)某660 MW超臨界汽輪機(jī)高中壓轉(zhuǎn)子上發(fā)生的不穩(wěn)定振動(dòng)問(wèn)題,建立了轉(zhuǎn)子彎曲與不平衡耦合動(dòng)力響應(yīng)有限元計(jì)算模型,并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證模型的準(zhǔn)確性.結(jié)果表明:高轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)行時(shí),汽輪機(jī)高壓轉(zhuǎn)子因配重面與失衡面不重合所引起的彎曲變形會(huì)導(dǎo)致振動(dòng)的不穩(wěn)定和持續(xù)爬升;動(dòng)平衡試驗(yàn)應(yīng)盡量在轉(zhuǎn)子失衡面上進(jìn)行;高壓轉(zhuǎn)子環(huán)境溫度高,在外力作用下易發(fā)生蠕變,該現(xiàn)象在大型汽輪機(jī)高壓轉(zhuǎn)子上表現(xiàn)得更為明顯.
[Abstract]:In view of the unstable vibration of a 660MW supercritical steam turbine rotor under high pressure, a finite element model for the coupled dynamic response of the rotor with bending and unbalance is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by an example in the field. The results show that the bending deformation of the high pressure turbine rotor caused by the non-coincidence of the counterweight surface and the unbalanced surface will lead to the instability of vibration and the continuous climb of the rotor, and the dynamic balance test should be carried out on the unbalanced surface of the rotor as much as possible. The high pressure rotor is easy to creep under the action of external force because of its high ambient temperature. This phenomenon is more obvious on the high pressure rotor of large steam turbine.
