【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的不斷提高,傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展出現(xiàn)越來越多的問題,制約著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步,因此,中共十八大首次提出了“新型城鎮(zhèn)化”的概念。在這個(gè)新的時(shí)代背景下,如果我國不重視配電網(wǎng)的管理與建設(shè),滯后的配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展勢必會(huì)影響新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展。因此,建立一套適應(yīng)于新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的配電網(wǎng)評估指標(biāo)體系對今后電網(wǎng)和城市的發(fā)展建設(shè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文針對現(xiàn)有配電網(wǎng)評估理論和方法中存在的問題與不足,主要圍繞四個(gè)方面展開研究。首先通過對新型城鎮(zhèn)化和傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化的比較,建立將新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展因素考慮在內(nèi)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平評價(jià)體系;然后考慮當(dāng)?shù)靥厣a(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,將城鎮(zhèn)劃分為不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)類型;接著通過對配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平綜合評價(jià),完成對配電網(wǎng)的評估要求;最后也是本論文最重要的部分,通過對新型城鎮(zhèn)化和配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平匹配度的研究,得出兩者之間的關(guān)系。在論文的最后環(huán)節(jié)加入了具體的算例分析部分,通過對興化地區(qū)五個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平和配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展水平的分析計(jì)算,說明了所構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系的可操作性和實(shí)用性,進(jìn)一步說明了本論文所做研究的實(shí)際意義。在論文結(jié)尾部分,闡述了本次研究的結(jié)論和創(chuàng)新性內(nèi)容,并對評價(jià)中存在的問題和不足予以說明,為進(jìn)一步研究指明了方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, more and more problems appear in the development of traditional urbanization, which restricts the sustainable progress of our country's economy and society. Therefore, the concept of "new urbanization" was put forward for the first time by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). In this new background, if our country does not pay attention to the management and construction of distribution network, the lagging development of distribution network will inevitably affect the development of new urbanization. Therefore, the establishment of a distribution network evaluation index system suitable for the new urbanization process is of great practical significance for the future development and construction of power grid and city. Aiming at the problems and shortcomings in the existing theories and methods of distribution network evaluation, this paper focuses on four aspects. First of all, through the comparison between new urbanization and traditional urbanization, the evaluation system of urbanization development level, which takes into account the development factors of new urbanization, is established, and then the local characteristic industries are considered in combination with the actual development situation. Divide the cities and towns into different industrial types; then through the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network development level to complete the evaluation of distribution network requirements; finally is the most important part of this paper. Through the study of new urbanization and distribution network development level matching, the relationship between the two is obtained. In the last part of the paper, a concrete example is added to analyze and calculate the new urbanization level and distribution network development level of five towns in Xinghua area, and the maneuverability and practicability of the index system are explained. It further explains the practical significance of the research done in this paper. At the end of the paper, the conclusions and innovative contents of this study are expounded, and the problems and shortcomings in the evaluation are explained, which points out the direction for further research.
