【摘要】：溫度是影響電介質(zhì)介電響應(yīng)的重要外界因素。將不同溫度條件下測量獲得的介電響應(yīng)曲線平移而形成相互重疊的介電響應(yīng)曲線的方法即溫度歸一化方法,所獲得的重疊的介電響應(yīng)曲線即為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線(master curve)。為獲得正確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線,需要在雙對數(shù)坐標(biāo)中對極化率的實(shí)部和虛部同時(shí)進(jìn)行溫度歸一化平移、并記錄平移的移動(dòng)軌跡(即參考點(diǎn)的移動(dòng)軌跡)。參考點(diǎn)的移動(dòng)軌跡即反映了溫度對于介電響應(yīng)的影響。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線可以擴(kuò)展所測介電響應(yīng)的頻率范圍、增加數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)的密集程度,消除試驗(yàn)中的偶然誤差,提高試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線可以用于判斷測量的介電響應(yīng)是否是由單一的弛豫過程構(gòu)成、判斷電介質(zhì)的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)是否隨著溫度的變化而變化、獲得介電響應(yīng)的溫度特性等。通過溫度歸一化平移獲得重合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線并非必然結(jié)果,在由溫度特性不一致的多弛豫過程組成的介電響應(yīng)中或在電介質(zhì)微觀結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化的溫度范圍內(nèi),是無法獲得重合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的。該文以測量高電壓外絕緣領(lǐng)域常用的高溫硫化硅橡膠的介電響應(yīng)為例,詳細(xì)說明了溫度歸一化方法在介電響應(yīng)分析中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Temperature is an important external factor affecting dielectric response. The method of temperature normalization is the method of translating the measured dielectric response curves under different temperature conditions to form overlapping dielectric response curves. The overlapping dielectric response curves obtained are called master curvee curves. In order to obtain the correct standard curve, the temperature normalized translation of the real part and the imaginary part of the polarizability should be carried out simultaneously in the logarithmic coordinates, and the track of the translation (that is, the trajectory of the reference point) should be recorded. The trajectory of the reference point reflects the effect of temperature on the dielectric response. The standard curve can expand the frequency range of the measured dielectric response, increase the density of the data points, eliminate the accidental error in the test, and improve the accuracy of the test results. The standard curve can be used to determine whether the measured dielectric response is composed of a single relaxation process, to determine whether the microstructure of the dielectric varies with temperature, and to obtain the temperature characteristics of the dielectric response. The standard curve of coincidence obtained by normalized temperature translation is not a necessary result. In the dielectric response consisting of multiple relaxation processes with inconsistent temperature characteristics or in the temperature range of the change in the microstructure of the dielectric, No coincidence standard curve can be obtained. In this paper, the dielectric response of high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in the field of high voltage external insulation is measured as an example, and the application of temperature normalization method in dielectric response analysis is described in detail.
