【摘要】:電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重要指引和依據(jù),是深入貫徹國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司建設(shè)“一強(qiáng)三優(yōu)”現(xiàn)代化電網(wǎng)要求的基礎(chǔ)性工作。隨著中央加快農(nóng)村地區(qū)發(fā)展建設(shè)工作的推進(jìn),農(nóng)村地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平得到快速發(fā)展,同時(shí)對(duì)農(nóng)村地區(qū)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)、安全水平、供電能力、服務(wù)質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。但是在目前農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)發(fā)展過程中,仍存在著對(duì)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃工作重視程度不夠、規(guī)劃理念滯后、水平參差不齊等問題,制約了電網(wǎng)建設(shè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,導(dǎo)致用電需求與電網(wǎng)建設(shè)間的矛盾越發(fā)突出。以往針對(duì)性的開展電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究工作相對(duì)較少,本文針對(duì)鹿泉區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn),深入分析問題,優(yōu)化電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比選,因地制宜的對(duì)鹿泉區(qū)本地的配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃研究進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)電網(wǎng)健康快速發(fā)展。本文根據(jù)鹿泉區(qū)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)研究,主要進(jìn)行了如下工作:首先本文第一部分主要是結(jié)合鹿泉的地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況對(duì)鹿泉縣配電網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀完全了解后,找到鹿泉配電網(wǎng)目前存在的主要問題。其次針對(duì)石家莊鹿泉地區(qū)丘陵平原結(jié)合的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),對(duì)鹿泉地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,構(gòu)建目標(biāo)網(wǎng)架,指導(dǎo)近中期過渡方案。減少變壓層次,各電壓等級(jí)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。通過加強(qiáng)配網(wǎng)站間聯(lián)絡(luò),降低高壓配電網(wǎng)容載比,低于導(dǎo)則下限,提高高壓設(shè)備利用率。最后分析10kV電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架優(yōu)劣,并盡量減少規(guī)劃中的結(jié)構(gòu)種類,以簡(jiǎn)化運(yùn)行方式;并結(jié)合“新農(nóng)村、新電力、新服務(wù)”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提高農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理,提出建成“布局合理、技術(shù)適用、供電質(zhì)量高、電能損耗低”的新型村級(jí)電網(wǎng)合理方案。
[Abstract]:Power network planning is an important guide and basis for the construction of power grid, and it is also the basic work for the construction of "one strong, three excellent" modern power grid by the State Grid Company. With the development and construction of rural areas being accelerated by the central government, the social and economic level in rural areas has been developed rapidly. At the same time, higher requirements have been put forward for the planning and construction of power grid in rural areas, security level, power supply capacity and service quality. However, in the process of rural power grid construction and development, there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention to power network planning, lagging planning concept and uneven level, which restrict the process of power grid construction and development. As a result, the contradiction between electricity demand and power grid construction is becoming more and more prominent. According to the characteristics of distribution network in Luquan area, this paper deeply analyzes the problems, optimizes the power network structure, and strengthens the technical and economic comparison. According to local conditions, the local distribution network in Luquan area is planned and studied to further promote the healthy and rapid development of power grid. According to the actual situation of power network construction in Luquan District, this paper studies the optimization of network structure. The main work is as follows: first of all, the first part of this paper is to analyze the current situation of Luquan county distribution network in combination with the actual situation of regional economic and social development of Luquan, and after fully understanding the current situation of distribution network, Find out the main problems existing in Luquan distribution network. Secondly, according to the actual characteristics of the combination of hilly plain in Luquan area of Shijiazhuang, the present situation of distribution network in Luquan area is analyzed, and the target grid frame is constructed to guide the transition scheme in the near and medium term. Reduce the voltage level, each voltage level coordinated development. By strengthening the communication between distribution websites, the capacity / load ratio of high voltage distribution network is reduced, which is lower than the lower limit of the guide, and the utilization ratio of high voltage equipment is improved. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of 10kV grid network are analyzed, and the types of structure in planning are reduced as much as possible to simplify the operation mode, and combined with the development strategy of "new countryside, new electricity, new service", the planning and management of rural power grid is improved, and the reasonable layout is put forward. Technical application, high quality of power supply, low power loss "new village power grid reasonable scheme."
