基于電能質(zhì)量在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)供電可靠性研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展和沖擊下,人們的生活質(zhì)量隨之不斷提高,電能已成為工作和生活的必需品,電能的可靠、充足供應(yīng)已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的先要條件。農(nóng)村配電網(wǎng)是連接電力系統(tǒng)與用電客戶(hù)的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),電力可靠性的優(yōu)劣,直接展示了供電企業(yè)良好形象。電網(wǎng)設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行受內(nèi)部、外部各種因素的影響,停電現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生,因此,供電企業(yè)只有加大開(kāi)展管理和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究力度,提高配網(wǎng)供電可靠性,才能更好地為履行社會(huì)責(zé)任,實(shí)現(xiàn)“你用電、我用心”的服務(wù)諾言,以樹(shù)立良好的企業(yè)形象、營(yíng)造和諧的供用電環(huán)境。本文深入分析了國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家可靠性管理的先進(jìn)理念,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)電力可靠性發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,城市、農(nóng)村地區(qū)的供電可靠性水平差異較大,特別是鄉(xiāng)村地域供需不平衡,供電質(zhì)量急需改善。本文以隆堯縣供電公司農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)供電可靠性為研究對(duì)象,基于國(guó)網(wǎng)公司電能質(zhì)量在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,協(xié)調(diào)貫通生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、調(diào)控等各專(zhuān)業(yè)業(yè)務(wù),通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)用電狀態(tài),自動(dòng)集成停送電信息等技術(shù)手段,對(duì)隆堯縣供電公司供電可靠性進(jìn)行評(píng)估。通過(guò)研究配網(wǎng)薄弱環(huán)節(jié),分析影響隆堯縣供電公司供電可靠性的主要因素,結(jié)合隆堯縣區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出了針對(duì)隆堯縣供電公司配網(wǎng)可靠性提升的一些具體措施,包括加強(qiáng)供電可靠性專(zhuān)業(yè)管理、加強(qiáng)設(shè)備運(yùn)行管理、優(yōu)化停電計(jì)劃管理、優(yōu)化隆堯配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、落實(shí)故障停電治理方案,為隆堯縣配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和供電可靠性的管理給出了具體的建議,使隆堯縣配網(wǎng)供電可靠性水平得到進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development and impact of the national economy, people's quality of life has been continuously improved, electric energy has become a necessity for work and life, the reliable and sufficient supply of electric energy has become a prerequisite for the development of economic society. Rural distribution network is a key link between power system and customers. The reliability of power directly shows the good image of power supply enterprises. The safe operation of power network equipment is affected by various internal and external factors and power outages occur from time to time. Therefore, the power supply enterprises can only increase the research on management and technological innovation to improve the reliability of distribution network power supply. In order to fulfill the social responsibility and realize the service promise of "you use electricity, I care", we can set up a good enterprise image and create a harmonious power supply environment. In this paper, the advanced concepts of reliability management in developed countries are deeply analyzed, and the present situation of power reliability development in China is introduced. The level of reliability of power supply in urban and rural areas is quite different, especially in rural areas, especially in the imbalance between supply and demand in rural areas. The quality of power supply needs to be improved. In this paper, the reliability of power supply in rural power grid of Longyao Power supply Company is studied. Based on the application of on-line monitoring system of power quality in Guoyun Power supply Company, all kinds of professional business such as production, marketing, regulation and control are coordinated, and the state of power consumption is monitored in real time. The power supply reliability of Longyao power supply company is evaluated by automatic integration of power transmission information and other technical means. By studying the weak links of distribution network, analyzing the main factors that affect the reliability of power supply in Longyao County Power supply Company, combining with the regional economic development situation of Longyao County, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the reliability of the distribution network of Longyao County Power supply Company. Including strengthening professional management of power supply reliability, strengthening equipment operation management, optimizing blackout plan management, optimizing Longyao distribution network planning, and implementing fault blackout treatment scheme. Specific suggestions are given for the planning of distribution network and the management of power supply reliability in Longyao County, and the reliability level of power supply in Longyao county distribution network is further improved.
