計(jì)及分布式電源滲透率變化的變電站動(dòng)態(tài)擴(kuò)展規(guī)劃

【摘要】:針對規(guī)劃區(qū)域在不同發(fā)展階段分布式電源(DG)滲透率由低到高變化場景下的源網(wǎng)荷協(xié)調(diào)匹配問題,提出了一種有源配電網(wǎng)變電站動(dòng)態(tài)擴(kuò)展規(guī)劃方法。首先,考慮變電站滾動(dòng)投入效應(yīng)及規(guī)劃期內(nèi)剩余價(jià)值差異,建立了一種計(jì)及DG滲透率的變電站動(dòng)態(tài)擴(kuò)展規(guī)劃模型。其次,考慮負(fù)載均衡度和DG置信容量對變電站供電范圍劃分的影響,提出了加權(quán)Voronoi圖算法的罰函數(shù)、凹凸性和方向性改進(jìn)方法。然后,提出了基于遺傳算法和啟發(fā)式算法的有源配電網(wǎng)變電站動(dòng)態(tài)擴(kuò)展規(guī)劃求解方法,得到有源配電網(wǎng)變電站建設(shè)順序。最后,通過實(shí)例說明了所述方法的科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:A dynamic expansion planning method for active distribution network substation is proposed to solve the problem of coordinated matching of source network load in different development stages of DG (distributed Power Generation) permeability in planning area under low to high change scenarios. Firstly, considering the rolling input effect of substation and the difference of residual value during the planning period, a dynamic expansion planning model of substation considering DG permeability is established. Secondly, considering the influence of load balancing degree and DG confidence capacity on substation power supply range partition, the penalty function, convexity and directivity of weighted Voronoi diagram algorithm are proposed. Then, a genetic algorithm and a heuristic algorithm are proposed to solve the dynamic expansion planning of the active distribution network substation, and the construction sequence of the active distribution network substation is obtained. Finally, the scientific nature and practicability of the method are illustrated by an example.
