多重硫腐蝕對變壓器油紙復合絕緣劣化的影響機制研究

【摘要】:電力變壓器是電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中最重要的設備之一,其正常運行是電力系統(tǒng)安全、可靠及經(jīng)濟運行的重要保證。油浸式變壓器是輸配電設備中最常用的變壓器,也是最重要和最為核心的設備之一,對保證電網(wǎng)安全運行具有重大意義。變壓器油中存在的活性較強的硫化物與銅導線反應生成銅的硫化物,沉積在絕緣紙表面,降低絕緣紙電氣性能,引發(fā)絕緣故障。目前國內(nèi)外許多研究認為,二芐基二硫(Benzyl Disulfide,以下簡稱DBDS)是變壓器絕緣油中主要的腐蝕性硫成分,此外變壓器油中還含有其他多種硫成分,如硫醇、砜類、硫醚等化合物,多種硫成分的交互作用也會對變壓器油紙絕緣產(chǎn)生影響作用,因此,研究多重硫腐蝕對油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)的劣化作用機理具有重要的學術價值。為研究多種腐蝕性硫化物對油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)老化特性的影響規(guī)律,本文對含有不同濃度DBDS和二芐基硫醚以及十二硫醇的油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)在140℃環(huán)境下開展加速熱老化試驗,定期取樣,并對絕緣紙聚合度、油紙中酸值和水分等特征參量進行測量分析。研究表明:腐蝕性硫化物加速了油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)的老化程度;紙中酸值和油中微水含量的波動幅度、絕緣紙裂解速率、油中糠醛含量均隨DBDS和十二硫醇濃度增大而增大;油中多種腐蝕性硫化物對油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)老化的聯(lián)合作用不等于單一硫化物的線性疊加,表明油中多種腐蝕性硫化物對油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)的影響存在交互作用。為研究外界環(huán)境條件對多重硫腐蝕反應的影響,本文對含有不同濃度DBDS和十六硫醇以及十八硫醇的油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)在130℃環(huán)境下開展加速熱老化試驗,并設定溫度及氧氣對照,定期取樣進行測試。研究表明:氧氣濃度不同時,在多重硫腐蝕作用下,油紙絕緣老化特性變化有一定差異;硫腐蝕對老化程度的影響整體上隨溫度升高而增加;同時含有兩種硫化物時,十六硫醇與十八硫醇協(xié)同作用對銅片腐蝕的促進作用較弱。為研究腐蝕性絕緣油中硫化物的種類和含量,本文基于氣相色譜儀和硫化學發(fā)光檢測器聯(lián)合分析技術,建立了一種變壓器油中多重硫化物定性與定量分析的方法;利用該分析方法,研究了不同類型硫醇在變壓器油中的腐蝕作用。分析結果表明當變壓器油中僅含一種硫醇時,老化僅生成相應硫醚;而當變壓器油中含有多種硫醇時,不同硫醇會發(fā)生交聯(lián)反應,生成新的硫醚。
[Abstract]:Power transformer is one of the most important equipments in power system, and its normal operation is an important guarantee for safe, reliable and economical operation of power system. Oil-immersed transformer is the most commonly used transformer in transmission and distribution equipment, and it is also one of the most important and core equipment. It is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of power grid. The active sulfide in transformer oil reacts with copper wire to form copper sulfide, which deposits on the surface of insulator paper, reduces the electrical performance of insulator paper, and causes insulation failure. At present, many studies at home and abroad believe that Benzyl Disulfide (hereinafter referred to as DBDS) is the main corrosive sulfur component in transformer insulating oil, in addition, transformer oil also contains a variety of other sulfur components, such as mercaptan, sulfone, sulfide and so on. The interaction of various sulfur components will also affect the oil-paper insulation of transformers. Therefore, it is of great academic value to study the mechanism of degradation of oil-paper insulation system caused by multi-sulfur corrosion.
