混合驅(qū)動(dòng)式永磁多自由度電機(jī)磁場(chǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)矩分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)目前多自由度仿生電磁驅(qū)動(dòng)研究所面臨的問(wèn)題,提出了一種新型的采用液質(zhì)懸浮模式的混合驅(qū)動(dòng)永磁多自由度電機(jī)。文章詳細(xì)介紹了電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,建立和提出了適合于該電機(jī)的磁場(chǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)矩計(jì)算方法;采用解析法和有限元法對(duì)電機(jī)氣隙磁場(chǎng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,分析結(jié)果相互驗(yàn)證。最后對(duì)該電機(jī)大范圍運(yùn)動(dòng)和精細(xì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)矩特性進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和仿真。研究結(jié)果表明該電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,并為電機(jī)進(jìn)一步的優(yōu)化及實(shí)驗(yàn)提供理論及數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems faced by the research of multi-degree-of-freedom bionic electromagnetic drive, a new hybrid drive permanent magnet multi-degree-of-freedom motor with liquid suspension mode is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the structure and working principle of the motor are introduced in detail, the calculation method of magnetic field and torque suitable for the motor is established and put forward, and the air-gap magnetic field of the motor is compared and analyzed by using the analytic method and the finite element method, and the results are verified mutually. Finally, the torque characteristics of the motor with wide range motion and fine motion are calculated and simulated. The results show that the structure of the motor is reasonable and provide theoretical and data support for the further optimization and experiment of the motor.
