混合驅動式永磁多自由度電機磁場及轉矩分析

【摘要】:針對目前多自由度仿生電磁驅動研究所面臨的問題,提出了一種新型的采用液質懸浮模式的混合驅動永磁多自由度電機。文章詳細介紹了電機的結構及工作原理,建立和提出了適合于該電機的磁場和轉矩計算方法;采用解析法和有限元法對電機氣隙磁場進行對比分析,分析結果相互驗證。最后對該電機大范圍運動和精細運動的轉矩特性進行了計算和仿真。研究結果表明該電機結構的合理性,并為電機進一步的優(yōu)化及實驗提供理論及數據支持。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems faced by the research of multi-degree-of-freedom bionic electromagnetic drive, a new hybrid drive permanent magnet multi-degree-of-freedom motor with liquid suspension mode is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the structure and working principle of the motor are introduced in detail, the calculation method of magnetic field and torque suitable for the motor is established and put forward, and the air-gap magnetic field of the motor is compared and analyzed by using the analytic method and the finite element method, and the results are verified mutually. Finally, the torque characteristics of the motor with wide range motion and fine motion are calculated and simulated. The results show that the structure of the motor is reasonable and provide theoretical and data support for the further optimization and experiment of the motor.
