【摘要】：正0引言國(guó)際大電網(wǎng)會(huì)議組織保護(hù)和自動(dòng)化專業(yè)委員會(huì)CIGRE/SC B5的研究范圍包括電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù),變電站控制、自動(dòng)化、監(jiān)視和記錄系統(tǒng)的原理、設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用與管理,以及相關(guān)的內(nèi)部和外部通信、變電站計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、遠(yuǎn)程控制和監(jiān)視接口。2016年CIGRE第46屆大會(huì)上,SC B5確定了兩個(gè)征文優(yōu)選主題(PS):PS1——保護(hù)、自動(dòng)化和控
[Abstract]:The research scope of CIGRE/SC B5 includes the principle, design, application and management of power system relay protection, substation control, automation, monitoring and recording system.And related internal and external communications, substation metering systems, remote control and surveillance interfaces. At the 46th CIGRE Conference in 2016, SC B5 identified two topics for the selection of candidates: PS: PS1- Protection, Automation and Control
