【摘要】：正0引言國際大電網(wǎng)會議組織保護和自動化專業(yè)委員會CIGRE/SC B5的研究范圍包括電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護,變電站控制、自動化、監(jiān)視和記錄系統(tǒng)的原理、設(shè)計、應(yīng)用與管理,以及相關(guān)的內(nèi)部和外部通信、變電站計量系統(tǒng)、遠程控制和監(jiān)視接口。2016年CIGRE第46屆大會上,SC B5確定了兩個征文優(yōu)選主題(PS):PS1——保護、自動化和控
[Abstract]:The research scope of CIGRE/SC B5 includes the principle, design, application and management of power system relay protection, substation control, automation, monitoring and recording system.And related internal and external communications, substation metering systems, remote control and surveillance interfaces. At the 46th CIGRE Conference in 2016, SC B5 identified two topics for the selection of candidates: PS: PS1- Protection, Automation and Control
