核電廠OBE報(bào)警方式的時(shí)效性和可靠性對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:利用我國(guó)2003年至2015年間發(fā)生的31次地震的1642組記錄,對(duì)比分析了二代與三代核電廠運(yùn)行基準(zhǔn)地震(OBE)報(bào)警方法的時(shí)效性與可靠性。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)同一地震動(dòng),二代與三代核電廠OBE都超限的條件下,三代核電廠OBE報(bào)警的時(shí)間普遍較二代核電廠OBE報(bào)警晚,平均相差20 s。三代核電廠OBE報(bào)警之前,臺(tái)站所遭受的地震動(dòng)加速度幅值最大可達(dá)0.7g。利用4次地震Ⅵ度區(qū)的108個(gè)臺(tái)站數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行OBE超限判別,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),三代核電廠OBE超限的臺(tái)站僅占總臺(tái)站數(shù)的41%,二代核電廠OBE超限的臺(tái)站數(shù)占總臺(tái)站數(shù)的63%(廣核)、76%(中核)。因此三代核電廠OBE報(bào)警參數(shù)的閾值選取過程中,為了避免小震近場(chǎng)大脈沖和小幅值長(zhǎng)持時(shí)地震動(dòng)造成的不必要停堆,降低了報(bào)警的時(shí)效性和可靠性,這對(duì)于非常重要的核設(shè)施而言是偏于不安全的。
[Abstract]:Based on 1642 sets of records of 31 earthquakes in China from 2003 to 2015, the timeliness and reliability of the second generation and the third generation nuclear power plant operating reference earthquake warning methods are compared and analyzed.The results show that for the same ground motion, the OBE alarm time of the third generation nuclear power plant is generally later than that of the second generation nuclear power plant OBE, and the average difference is 20 s under the condition that the OBE of the second generation and the third generation of nuclear power plant are exceeded the limit.Before the OBE alarm of the third generation nuclear power plant, the maximum amplitude of ground motion acceleration suffered by the station can reach 0.7 g.By using 108 station data in the 鈪,
