電力減排對華東空氣質(zhì)量影響的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟正處在高速發(fā)展時期,電力需求將持續(xù)增長;但以燃煤為主的電力工業(yè)帶來的能源消耗和環(huán)境污染問題也不容忽視。為了進(jìn)一步了解電力排放對華東空氣質(zhì)量的影響,應(yīng)用中尺度大氣動力-化學(xué)耦合模式WRF-Chem針對兩種不同的電廠減排情景模擬分析了冬季華東地區(qū)主要污染物濃度變化量和分布情況,得到以下結(jié)論:(1)模式能較好模擬華東主要大氣污染物的時間變化規(guī)律和空間分布特征;(2)華東冬季主要大氣污染物濃度高值區(qū)為山東西部、安徽北部及長三角地區(qū),冬季大氣環(huán)流條件不利近地面污染物擴散,易造成污染物堆積;(3)減排的敏感性試驗表明:電廠排放減半時華東大部地區(qū)SO2、NO2的濃度降低約10%~30%,關(guān)閉時約30%~50%;PM2.5和PM10在江西和福建沿海一帶減少較多,電廠排放減半時約5%,關(guān)閉時約10%;CO基本不受電廠減排影響,僅降低1%~2%;而O3在電廠排放減半或關(guān)閉時在華東大部地區(qū)增加30%以上。
[Abstract]:China's economy is in a period of rapid development and the demand for electricity will continue to grow, but the energy consumption and environmental pollution brought by the coal-fired power industry should not be ignored.In order to further understand the impact of electric power emissions on air quality in East China,The variation and distribution of main pollutant concentrations in East China in winter were simulated and analyzed by using the mesoscale atmospheric dynamic-chemical coupling model (WRF-Chem) for two different emission reduction scenarios in power plants.The conclusions are as follows: (1) the model can better simulate the temporal variation and spatial distribution of the main atmospheric pollutants in East China. The high concentration regions of the main atmospheric pollutants in East China in winter are western Shandong, northern Anhui and the Yangtze River Delta.The atmospheric circulation conditions in winter are unfavorable to the diffusion of pollutants near the ground.The sensitivity test of reducing emissions easily caused by pollutant accumulation shows that the concentration of so _ 2no _ 2 in most parts of East China decreases by about 10% when the emission of power plants is reduced by half, and at the time of closing, about 30% of PM2.5 and PM10 decrease more in the coastal areas of Jiangxi and Fujian.When the emission of the power plant is halved, the emission of the power plant is reduced by about 5%, and when the plant is shut down, about 10% of CO is not affected by the emission reduction of the power plant, and only one part of the emission is reduced by 2%.
