大規(guī)模光伏電站并網(wǎng)的振蕩模式分析

【摘要】:隨著光伏電站容量的不斷增大,其對(duì)于電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定性的影響也日趨明顯。建立了大規(guī)模光伏電站并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的等值模型,采用特征值法和時(shí)域仿真驗(yàn)證其準(zhǔn)確性。基于等值模型采用特征值法分析了大規(guī)模光伏電站的振蕩模式,并研究了光伏逆變器的控制器參數(shù)、光伏陣列結(jié)構(gòu)以及交流系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)弱對(duì)振蕩模式的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明:光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中主要包含正阻尼的次同步振蕩模式和低頻振蕩模式,其中次同步振蕩模式主要受q軸電流PI參數(shù)的影響,低頻振蕩模式主要受外環(huán)電壓和d軸電流PI參數(shù)的影響;光伏陣列結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)振蕩模式有影響,會(huì)使系統(tǒng)中與直流電壓相關(guān)的模式由非振蕩狀態(tài)變?yōu)檎袷帬顟B(tài);交流系統(tǒng)變?nèi)鯐?huì)導(dǎo)致振蕩模態(tài)阻尼減弱,威脅系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。時(shí)域仿真驗(yàn)證了特征值分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing capacity of photovoltaic power station, its influence on power grid stability is becoming more and more obvious.The equivalent model of grid-connected system of large-scale photovoltaic power station is established. The accuracy of the model is verified by eigenvalue method and time-domain simulation.Based on the equivalent model, the oscillation mode of large-scale photovoltaic power station is analyzed by eigenvalue method, and the influence of the controller parameters of photovoltaic inverter, the structure of photovoltaic array and the strength of AC system on the oscillation mode is studied.The simulation results show that the photovoltaic grid-connected system mainly includes positive damping sub-synchronous oscillation mode and low-frequency oscillation mode, in which sub-synchronous oscillation mode is mainly affected by Q axis current Pi parameters.The low frequency oscillation mode is mainly affected by the Pi parameters of the outer ring voltage and the d axis current, and the change of the photovoltaic array structure has an effect on the oscillation mode of the system, which will change the mode related to DC voltage from the non-oscillating state to the oscillating state.The weakening of AC system will lead to the weakening of oscillation mode damping and threaten the safe and stable operation of the system.The time domain simulation verifies the correctness of eigenvalue analysis.
