基于時(shí)變結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論的覆冰電網(wǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)度

【摘要】:冰雪災(zāi)害會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。對(duì)降低覆冰期間電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),研究覆冰線路的失效率建模與覆冰電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度方法有著重要的意義。在詳細(xì)闡明應(yīng)用靜態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論進(jìn)行覆冰線路時(shí)變失效率建模局限性的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了基于時(shí)變結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性理論的覆冰線路時(shí)變失效率模型,并研究了基于N-k場(chǎng)景篩選的覆冰電網(wǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)度方法。以IEEE RTS-79系統(tǒng)為例進(jìn)行仿真研究,驗(yàn)證了所提模型與方法的有效性,分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)對(duì)調(diào)度結(jié)果的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明:靜態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性與時(shí)變可靠性理論計(jì)算的覆冰線路可靠度存在較大差別;傳統(tǒng)N-1預(yù)想故障調(diào)度方法風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大;所提覆冰電網(wǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)度方法可以通過(guò)變更風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)的取值,有效實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:Ice and snow disaster will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of power system.It is of great significance to study the modeling of the failure rate of the icing line and the dispatching method of the ice-coated power network.On the basis of expounding the limitation of time-varying failure rate modeling of icing lines based on static structural reliability theory, a time-varying failure rate model of icing lines based on time-varying structural reliability theory is established.The risk dispatching method of icing power network based on N-k scenario selection is also studied.Taking IEEE RTS-79 system as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified, and the influence of risk coefficient on scheduling results is analyzed.The simulation results show that the reliability of icing line calculated by static structure reliability theory and time-varying reliability theory is quite different, and the risk of traditional N-1 preconceived fault dispatching method is greater.The proposed risk dispatching method of ice-covered power network can effectively realize the coordination of economy and risk by changing the value of risk coefficient.
