【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)具有功率密度大,效率和功率因素高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來(lái),其商用化的產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。永磁同步電機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí),尤其是高扭矩密度和大功率密度的永磁同步電機(jī),其轉(zhuǎn)子中會(huì)有大量的渦流損耗,因而存在轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體溫升過(guò)高而發(fā)生永久性退磁等故障的隱患。因此,對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子溫度場(chǎng)的計(jì)算和測(cè)量,對(duì)優(yōu)化永磁同步電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)和保障電機(jī)安全運(yùn)行具有重大意義。本文圍繞永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子溫度場(chǎng)的計(jì)算和測(cè)量的要求,設(shè)計(jì)并制造實(shí)驗(yàn)用永磁同步電機(jī);趯(shí)驗(yàn)電機(jī)開(kāi)展損耗分析,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量和電磁場(chǎng)有限元計(jì)算相結(jié)合的方法計(jì)算實(shí)驗(yàn)電機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的各項(xiàng)損耗;趯(shí)驗(yàn)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,建立電機(jī)三維溫度場(chǎng)和流體場(chǎng)仿真模型,分析并計(jì)算電機(jī)在三種不同工況下的仿真參數(shù),采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件Fluent計(jì)算各種工況下的電機(jī)整機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)溫升,并重點(diǎn)分析轉(zhuǎn)子和永磁體的穩(wěn)態(tài)溫升分布特點(diǎn),建立一套電機(jī)的溫度場(chǎng)仿真分析方法。采用反電勢(shì)法和溫度傳感器兩種測(cè)溫方案設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體的溫度。反電勢(shì)法基于永磁材料隨著溫度升高出現(xiàn)可逆退磁的特性,在電機(jī)定子槽上設(shè)置測(cè)量線(xiàn)圈,推導(dǎo)測(cè)量線(xiàn)圈的磁通和電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體溫度之間的關(guān)系,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄線(xiàn)圈的磁通值可計(jì)算得到轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體的溫度。溫度傳感器測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體的溫度,采用滑環(huán)作為信號(hào)傳遞裝置,高性能模塊化的滑環(huán)提高了接觸式測(cè)溫的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。對(duì)比仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,研究仿真和兩種測(cè)溫方法的精度以及誤差來(lái)源。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析兩種測(cè)溫方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,作為永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子溫度測(cè)量的方法,隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,展望其應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet synchronous motor has high power density, high efficiency and power factor advantages, in recent years, the commercial products have been widely applied in various fields of industrial production and life. Permanent magnet synchronous motor, especially the permanent magnet synchronous motor with high torque density and high power density, the rotor will be there are a lot of eddy current loss, so there is a rotor permanent magnet high temperature and permanent demagnetization fault risk. Therefore, the calculation and measurement of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor temperature field, is of great significance for the optimal design of permanent magnet synchronous motor and ensure the safe operation of the motor. The permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor the temperature field calculation and measurement requirements, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed and manufactured by experiments. Experiments based on motor loss analysis method, by both experimental measurement and finite element calculation. Is the loss of motor run. The structure size of motor based on the establishment of the motor, the three-dimensional temperature field and fluid field simulation model, analysis and calculation of the motor in three different conditions, the simulation parameters, using CFD software Fluent to calculate the motor steady-state temperature under various conditions, and focuses on the analysis of steady-state rotor temperature the permanent magnet rise distribution characteristics, analysis method of temperature field simulation to establish a motor. The back EMF method and two kinds of temperature sensor temperature measurement scheme design experiment of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor permanent magnet temperature. The back EMF method of permanent magnetic material with temperature characteristic based on reversible demagnetization coil in the stator, measuring set depending on the relationship between the flux and the derivation of coils for measuring temperature of permanent magnet motor rotor, permanent magnet rotor can be calculated through the experimental value of recording coil flux Body temperature. The temperature of the permanent magnet rotor temperature sensor, the slip ring as a signal transmission device, high performance modular ring to improve the accuracy and reliability of the contact temperature. Comparing the results of simulation and experiment, the simulation and study of two kinds of temperature measurement accuracy and error source. Based on the analysis of two kinds of temperature measurement method the advantages and disadvantages, as a method of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor temperature measurement, with the progress of technology, its application prospect.
