基于外半導(dǎo)電層注入的全尺寸電纜用脈沖電聲法空間電荷測量技術(shù)

【摘要】:高壓交聯(lián)聚乙烯電纜是直流輸電的關(guān)鍵裝備,但直流電場下電纜絕緣中的空間電荷積聚效應(yīng)導(dǎo)致絕緣內(nèi)電場嚴(yán)重畸變,直接影響電纜長期運(yùn)行可靠性,因此對全尺寸長電纜空間電荷特性的實時測量顯得尤為重要;诿}沖電聲(PEA)法空間電荷測量技術(shù),根據(jù)待測電纜絕緣厚度,合理選擇脈沖寬度幅值及壓電傳感器厚度;采用電纜外半導(dǎo)電層注入脈沖技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了高電壓、長電纜下空間電荷的測量;同時分析了同軸電纜中的聲波傳輸特點(diǎn)及波形矯正方法。結(jié)果表明:半導(dǎo)電層注入脈沖方式是測量高電壓、長電纜下空間電荷特性最簡單有效的辦法,但脈沖沿外半導(dǎo)電層的分壓作用會導(dǎo)致脈沖幅值衰減;測量系統(tǒng)的精度和分辨率可通過合理選擇脈沖寬度幅值及壓電傳感器厚度而實現(xiàn);另外,該系統(tǒng)中采用示波器對地隔離,電腦與示波器間引入數(shù)字光纖隔離技術(shù),有效避免了傳統(tǒng)模擬光纖對測量波形頻帶的限制。
[Abstract]:HV XLPE cable is the key equipment of HVDC transmission, but the accumulation effect of space charge in the insulation of DC electric field leads to serious distortion of the electric field in the insulation, which directly affects the long-term reliability of the cable.Therefore, it is very important to measure the space charge characteristics of long cable in real time.Based on the space charge measurement technique of pulse electroacoustic beam (PEAA) method, the amplitude of pulse width and the thickness of piezoelectric sensor are reasonably selected according to the insulation thickness of the cable to be measured, and the high voltage is realized by injecting pulse technology into the outer semi-conductive layer of the cable.The measurement of space charge under long cable, the characteristics of acoustic wave transmission in coaxial cable and the method of waveform correction are also analyzed.The results show that the semiconductive layer injection pulse is the simplest and most effective way to measure the space charge characteristics under the high voltage and long cable, but the pulse amplitude will be attenuated by the partial voltage of the pulse along the outer semiconductive layer.The precision and resolution of the measurement system can be realized by reasonably selecting the amplitude of pulse width and the thickness of piezoelectric sensor. In addition, the system uses oscilloscope to isolate the ground, and the digital optical fiber isolation technology is introduced between computer and oscilloscope.The limitation of traditional analog fiber on the frequency band of measurement waveform is effectively avoided.
