【摘要】:首先闡述直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的自控變頻運(yùn)行機(jī)制,磁極d軸的檢測(cè)是電樞電流相位自控的先決條件,磁極位置檢測(cè)器件或方式的改革演變可視為直流電動(dòng)機(jī)向無(wú)換向器化發(fā)展的標(biāo)志。無(wú)換向器電動(dòng)機(jī)是直流電動(dòng)機(jī)向無(wú)換向器化發(fā)展的起步,繼而開發(fā)正弦交流電機(jī)本體的自控變頻電動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng),包括矢量控制技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。今后更可借助計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)來(lái)檢測(cè)磁極d軸的位置和轉(zhuǎn)速,實(shí)現(xiàn)電樞電流或電壓的相位自控,推動(dòng)直流電動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)換向器化進(jìn)程的深入發(fā)展。然而,發(fā)展的歸宿不是同步電動(dòng)機(jī)而是廣義的直流電動(dòng)機(jī)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the automatic frequency conversion operation mechanism of DC motor is first expounded. The detection of magnetic pole d axis is the precondition of armature current phase automatic control. The reform and evolution of magnetic pole position detector can be regarded as the symbol of DC motor developing towards no commutator.Commutator motor is the starting point of DC motor developing into commutator, and then the automatic frequency conversion motor system of sinusoidal AC motor body is developed, including the application of vector control technology.In the future, the position and rotational speed of magnetic pole d axis can be detected by computer control technology, and the phase automatic control of armature current or voltage can be realized, and the further development of DC motor without commutator can be promoted.However, the fate of the development is not synchronous motor but generalized DC motor.
