五電平MMC-UPQC的無源控制

【摘要】:分析五電平模塊化多電平變換器-統(tǒng)一電能質(zhì)量調(diào)節(jié)器(MMC-UPQC)的主電路拓撲和工作原理,建立其在dq0坐標系下的數(shù)學(xué)模型及EL模型。為加快誤差能量收斂,采用阻尼注入方法設(shè)計電流內(nèi)環(huán)無源控制器,確保MMC-UPQC的穩(wěn)定性;通過電壓外環(huán)PI控制器獲得內(nèi)環(huán)期望電流,消除靜態(tài)誤差。所提出的無源控制實現(xiàn)了對有功和無功的解耦控制,使系統(tǒng)具有良好的動靜態(tài)性能。在負序二倍頻坐標變換下采用相間解耦控制抑制環(huán)流,減少開關(guān)損耗;采用基于Park變換的電壓電流補償量提取方法,無需鎖相環(huán),提高補償精度。最后在Matlab/Simulink搭建五電平MMC-UPQC仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果表明能夠較準確地補償不平衡、諧波電壓以及無功、諧波電流,證明了無源控制的可行性。
[Abstract]:The main circuit topology and working principle of MMC-UPQC, a five-level modular multilevel converter, are analyzed, and its mathematical model and El model in dq0 coordinate system are established.In order to accelerate the convergence of error energy, the passive controller of current inner loop is designed by damping injection method to ensure the stability of MMC-UPQC, and the expected current of inner loop is obtained by voltage outer loop Pi controller, and the static error is eliminated.The proposed passive control realizes decoupling control of active and reactive power and makes the system have good dynamic and static performance.The phase decoupling control is used to suppress the circulation and reduce the switching loss under the negative sequence second harmonic coordinate transformation. The voltage and current compensation extraction method based on Park transform is used to improve the compensation accuracy without phase-locked loop.Finally, a five-level MMC-UPQC simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the unbalanced, harmonic voltage, reactive power and harmonic current can be compensated accurately, and the feasibility of passive control is proved.
