【摘要】：我國智能電網建設不斷推進,對配電網經濟可靠性的要求也越來越高。無論是從國家層面還是國網公司來看,對城市配電網的建設已經放到了一個十分優(yōu)先的位置。相對于發(fā)達國家,我國配電網網架結構薄弱,運行管理水平相對較差,經濟性指標落后。深入研究當前典型的網架結構,掌握其經濟性水平及使用特點范圍,對于合理的規(guī)劃配電網,改善網絡的結構以及電網運行經濟性的提高具有十分重要的意義。從經濟性評估的角度出發(fā),論文對配電網典型網架結構進行分析研究。首先對經濟性評估方法進行研究,介紹基于全生命周期算法流程及相應的計算模型。從城市配電網中選出九種典型的網架結構,應用全生命周期的經濟型評估方法建立評估模型,對典型的網架結構分別進行評估計算。計算中從不同負載負荷密度、不同負載率以及考慮設備壽命周期的三個層面,依次對其進行相應的經濟性評估。根據(jù)經濟性評估結果給出結論,為配電網的結構規(guī)劃和改善提出理論和數(shù)據(jù)支撐。最后對青島及南京城市配電網進行了經濟性評估計算,得出了相應的結論。
[Abstract]:With the development of smart grid construction in China, the demand for economic reliability of distribution network is becoming higher and higher, both from the national level and from the perspective of national network companies. The construction of urban distribution network has been given a very high priority. Compared with the developed countries, the structure of distribution network in China is weak, the level of operation and management is relatively poor, and the economic index is backward. It is of great significance to master the economic level and the range of application characteristics for rational planning of distribution network, improvement of network structure and improvement of network operation economy. From the point of view of economic evaluation, In this paper, the typical grid structure of distribution network is analyzed and studied. Firstly, the economic evaluation method is studied. Based on the whole life cycle algorithm flow and the corresponding calculation model, nine typical grid structures are selected from the urban distribution network. The evaluation model is established by using the economic evaluation method of the whole life cycle, and the typical grid structure is evaluated and calculated separately. In the calculation, three levels of load density, different load rate and the life cycle of the equipment are considered. According to the economic evaluation results, the paper puts forward the theory and data support for the distribution network structure planning and improvement. Finally, the economic evaluation calculation of Qingdao and Nanjing distribution networks is carried out. The corresponding conclusions are obtained.
