基于生物質(zhì)的冷、熱、電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)全工況特性研究

【摘要】:文章提出了一種基于下吸式固定床氣化爐的新型生物質(zhì)冷、熱、電聯(lián)供(CCHP)系統(tǒng),以整個系統(tǒng)為研究對象,通過系統(tǒng)模型的建立與計算,研究了氣化子系統(tǒng)的氣化特性以及系統(tǒng)在全工況條件下的能量輸出特性、運行經(jīng)濟特性、二氧化碳排放特性。研究結(jié)果表明:生物質(zhì)氣內(nèi)燃機的功率明顯低于天然氣內(nèi)燃機的功率,基于生物質(zhì)的CCHP系統(tǒng)不能實現(xiàn)滿負荷運轉(zhuǎn),系統(tǒng)輸出最大電量時對應的內(nèi)燃機部分負荷率(PLR)為75%;基于生物質(zhì)的CCHP系統(tǒng)的一次能源利用率與效率較低,一次能源利用率為11.52%~40.68%,效率為11.52%~18.60%;基于生物質(zhì)的CCHP系統(tǒng)的運行經(jīng)濟特性和二氧化碳排放特性非常突出,最大運行費用節(jié)約率為64.71%,二氧化碳減排率為57.40%~82.17%。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a novel based on biomass downdraft fixed bed gasifier cold, heat, electricity cogeneration (CCHP) system, the whole system as the research object, through the establishment and calculation of the system model, the energy output characteristic of gasification characteristics of the gasification system and in all conditions, economic operation characteristics of carbon dioxide emission characteristics. The results show that: the biomass power gas engine was significantly lower than the power of natural gas engine, CCHP system can not achieve full load operation of biomass based on the maximum output power of the internal combustion engine part load rate was 75% (PLR); a CCHP system of biomass energy utilization and efficiency based on lower primary energy utilization rate is 11.52%~40.68%, the efficiency for the 11.52%~18.60%; CCHP the operating characteristics of the economic system of biomass and carbon dioxide emissions with outstanding characteristics based on the maximum The operation cost saving rate is 64.71% and the carbon dioxide emission reduction rate is 57.40%~82.17%.
