面向智能電網(wǎng)的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合評價研究

【摘要】:自從21世紀以來,我國通過開展針對可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及節(jié)能減排等相關(guān)技術(shù)的研究,來應(yīng)對日趨嚴重的全球資源短缺及環(huán)境污染等問題。電力行業(yè)不僅承擔(dān)著更多社會責(zé)任,同時也面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。其中,配電網(wǎng)是電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,能夠連接用戶及發(fā)、輸電系統(tǒng),能夠保證為電力用戶提供高可靠性、高質(zhì)量的電能供應(yīng)。隨著智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,在經(jīng)濟型、適應(yīng)性、可靠性等方面對配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案進行綜合評價能夠檢驗當(dāng)下配電網(wǎng)是否符合智能電網(wǎng)的相關(guān)要求。本文從電網(wǎng)利益相關(guān)者需求的角度,構(gòu)建基于不同層次需求的綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,其中包括宏觀評價指標(biāo)集和微觀評價指標(biāo)集,該指標(biāo)體系能夠從多個角度反應(yīng)出配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的發(fā)展水平和運行過程中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。本文提出兩種指標(biāo)權(quán)重計算模型,分別為基于熵權(quán)法和ANP法的宏觀指標(biāo)權(quán)重計算模型和基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法的微觀指標(biāo)權(quán)重計算模型,通過該模型計算各個指標(biāo)權(quán)重值,能夠綜合主觀和客觀信息,從而對評估結(jié)果起到優(yōu)化作用。通過德爾菲法,獲得微觀評價指標(biāo)值和評價值之間的關(guān)系,得到指標(biāo)評分方法,結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和計算出的指標(biāo)權(quán)重值,最終得出配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合評價結(jié)果。通過對實際案例進行計算分析,本文驗證所構(gòu)建的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合評價體系可以較為全面地體現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的發(fā)展水平,并能夠幫助發(fā)現(xiàn)目前配電網(wǎng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),進而對配電網(wǎng)的智能化發(fā)展進行指導(dǎo)并提出合理建議。在我國當(dāng)前智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,本文基于配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的利益需求和核心價值,通過構(gòu)建全面、合理的綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,對指標(biāo)權(quán)重計算模型和評價方法進行研究,不僅使該評價體系具有實際操作性,而且符合了智能電網(wǎng)的相關(guān)要求。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, China has carried out research on sustainable development, energy saving and emission reduction and other related technologies to deal with the increasingly serious global shortage of resources and environmental pollution. At the same time, distribution network is an important part of power system. It can connect users and transmission systems, and can provide high reliability for power users. High quality power supply. With the development of smart grid, in economy, adaptability, The comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network planning scheme from the aspects of reliability and other aspects can test whether the current distribution network meets the relevant requirements of the smart grid. Constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system based on different levels of needs, including macro evaluation index set and micro evaluation index set, The index system can reflect the development level of distribution network planning and the weak link in the operation process from many angles. The calculation model of macroscopic index weight based on entropy weight method and ANP method and micro index weight calculation model based on grey correlation degree method are used to calculate each index weight value, which can synthesize subjective and objective information. Through Delphi method, the relationship between the micro-evaluation index value and the evaluation value is obtained, and the index scoring method is obtained, which combines the basic data and the calculated index weight value. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation results of distribution network planning scheme are obtained. Through the calculation and analysis of actual cases, this paper verifies that the comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network planning scheme can fully reflect the development level of distribution network planning. And it can help to find the weak links of distribution network, and then guide the intelligent development of distribution network and put forward reasonable suggestions. In the current smart grid environment of our country, this paper is based on the benefit demand and core value of distribution network planning. By constructing a comprehensive and reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system, the calculation model and evaluation method of index weight are studied, which not only makes the evaluation system practical, but also meets the requirements of smart grid.
