城網(wǎng)配電自動化改造工程及其實施效益分析

【摘要】:隨著城市經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,居民生活水平的不斷提高,城市配電網(wǎng)的供電可靠性需要不斷提高,供電質量需要持續(xù)優(yōu)化。配電網(wǎng)是電力系統(tǒng)中的重要一環(huán),負責將電力輸送到千家萬戶,直接與居民生活密切相關。城網(wǎng)配電自動化改造工程可以有效提高配電網(wǎng)供電可靠性,減少用戶故障停電時間,為地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供有力的電力支撐。我們評價城市配電網(wǎng)自動化改造工程所帶來的效益,不僅僅要考慮給企業(yè)帶來的經(jīng)濟效益,更要考慮給城市乃至社會帶來的效益。因此城網(wǎng)配電自動化改造工程實施效益需要從技術、經(jīng)濟、社會各方面綜合而又全面的分析。本論文以F區(qū)配電自動化改造工程為背景,首先介紹了選題的背景和研究的意義,分析了配電自動化技術國內外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究了配電網(wǎng)的特點、配電自動化的定義和重要組成部分,并闡述了智能電網(wǎng)賦予配電自動化的現(xiàn)實意義和電網(wǎng)建設效益評價的基本方法;然后結合F區(qū)電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,分析了配電自動化改造工程的建設原則,制定了切實可行的配電自動化改造工程實施方案;接著理論分析了城網(wǎng)配電自動化改造工程帶來的技術、經(jīng)濟、社會的效益,再將實施效益量化成指標;最后利用模糊綜合評價法和層次分析法對F區(qū)配電自動化改造工程的實施效益進行評價,得出了綜合效益為優(yōu)的結論。本文的研究客觀分析評價了F區(qū)配電自動化改造工程的實施效益,為F區(qū)配電自動化改造工程的決策和實施提供了科學判據(jù),對提高地區(qū)供電可靠性具有重要意義。同時,也為同等規(guī)模城市配電自動化改造工程的決策、實施以及工程實施效益分析提供了參考方法,具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban economy and the improvement of residents' living standard, the reliability and quality of power supply in urban distribution network need to be improved continuously. Distribution network is an important part of power system. Responsible for the transmission of electricity to thousands of households, directly related to the lives of residents. The urban power distribution automation transformation project can effectively improve the reliability of distribution network power supply, reduce the time of customer failure power outage, We evaluate the benefits of the urban distribution network automation transformation project and not only consider the economic benefits brought to the enterprises. It is necessary to consider the benefits brought to the city and even the society. Therefore, the implementation benefits of the urban power distribution automation transformation project need to be comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of technology, economy and society. This paper takes the F area distribution automation transformation project as the background. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the research, analyzes the development of distribution automation technology at home and abroad, studies the characteristics of distribution network, the definition and important components of distribution automation. The practical significance of distribution automation given by smart grid and the basic method of evaluating the benefit of power grid construction are expounded, and then the construction principles of distribution automation reconstruction project are analyzed according to the current situation of power grid in area F. The feasible project of power distribution automation reform is worked out, and then the technical, economic and social benefits brought by the urban power distribution automation reconstruction project are analyzed theoretically, and then the benefits are quantified into indicators. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the benefit of the power distribution automation transformation project in area F. The conclusion that the comprehensive benefit is superior is obtained. The research in this paper objectively analyzes and evaluates the implementation benefit of the power distribution automation transformation project in area F, which provides a scientific criterion for the decision-making and implementation of the power distribution automation transformation project in the F area. It is of great significance to improve the reliability of local power supply. At the same time, it also provides a reference method for the decision making, implementation and benefit analysis of the transformation project of distribution automation in the same scale, which has certain reference significance.
