數(shù)字化變電站電氣設(shè)備檢修策略研究

【摘要】:數(shù)字化變電站是以IEC61850通信規(guī)范為基礎(chǔ)的,由電子式互感器等智能化一次設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化二次設(shè)備分層構(gòu)建,能夠使變電站中各種智能電氣設(shè)備之間實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享和互操作的現(xiàn)代化變電站。在數(shù)字化變電站的發(fā)展過程中,各設(shè)備的出廠檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、方法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也不盡統(tǒng)一,更是沒有一個(gè)完整的檢修規(guī)范。如何規(guī)范各類設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、方法、技術(shù)指標(biāo),統(tǒng)一技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),保證檢修質(zhì)量將成為現(xiàn)場技術(shù)人員面臨的難題。本論文首先研究了基于IEC61850通信規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)的數(shù)字化變電站內(nèi)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、具體設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)、功能及特點(diǎn)等。結(jié)合江蘇省淮安市首個(gè)數(shù)字化變電站110kV城南變電站,對典型缺陷、設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行了深入分析,研究設(shè)備故障與時(shí)間關(guān)系的宏觀規(guī)律,深入研究故障的發(fā)展過程,為制定數(shù)字化電氣設(shè)備檢修策略提供理論依據(jù),針對目前數(shù)字化設(shè)備的檢驗(yàn)方法、儀器和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正面臨著從傳統(tǒng)型向光數(shù)字型轉(zhuǎn)變的重大變革。通過對數(shù)字化變電站電氣設(shè)備檢修策略的研究,建立數(shù)字化變電站設(shè)備狀態(tài)評估體系、形成檢修策略,消除設(shè)備檢修中的盲區(qū),統(tǒng)一技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),保證檢修質(zhì)量,為開展數(shù)字化變電站設(shè)備的檢修、檢驗(yàn)提供重要依據(jù)。本論文可以解決現(xiàn)場檢修人員的技術(shù)難題,為數(shù)字化變電站的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:The digital substation is based on the IEC61850 communication standard. It is constructed by the intelligent primary equipment such as electronic transformer and the network secondary equipment. Modern substations that can share and interoperate information among various intelligent electrical devices in substations. In the development of digital substations, the inspection items, methods, and standards of each equipment are not uniform. There is also no complete overhaul specification. How to standardize the inspection items, methods, technical indicators, and unified technical standards of all kinds of equipment, It will be a difficult problem for technicians to ensure the quality of maintenance. Firstly, this paper studies the structure system of digital substation based on IEC61850 communication specification, adopting standard and concrete equipment structure. Combined with the 110 kV Chengnan substation in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, the typical defects and equipment faults are deeply analyzed, the macroscopical law of the relationship between equipment faults and time is studied, and the development process of faults is deeply studied. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the maintenance strategy of digital electrical equipment, aiming at the inspection method of digital equipment at present, The instrument and technical standard are facing a great change from the traditional type to the optical digital type. Through the research on the maintenance strategy of the electric equipment in the digital substation, the equipment condition evaluation system of the digital substation is established, and the maintenance strategy is formed. Eliminating the blind spot in the equipment maintenance, unifying the technical standard, guaranteeing the maintenance quality, providing the important basis for the maintenance and inspection of the digital substation equipment. To provide a strong guarantee for the stable operation of digital substation.
