【摘要】：結(jié)合某濱海核電廠(chǎng)兩臺(tái)機(jī)組公用的電解海水制備次氯酸鈉工藝系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的工藝流程、工藝單元組成及工藝系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,同時(shí)對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的主要工藝計(jì)算內(nèi)容進(jìn)行淺析。還對(duì)該工藝系統(tǒng)潛在危害因素進(jìn)行分析、并制定相應(yīng)危害防護(hù)措施,可為后續(xù)核電廠(chǎng)制氯系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計(jì)提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:Combined with the design of the process system for the preparation of sodium hypochlorite by electrolytic seawater in two units of a coastal nuclear power plant, the process flow, the composition of the process unit and the characteristics of the process system are briefly described. At the same time, the main process calculation contents of the system are analyzed, and the potential hazard factors of the process system are analyzed, and the corresponding hazard protection measures are worked out, which can provide a certain reference for the process design of the chlorine production system in the subsequent nuclear power plant.
