變壓器油中二芐基二硫醚的脫除研究

【摘要】:變壓器油中含有的腐蝕性硫二芐基二硫醚對變壓器的安全穩(wěn)定運行帶來嚴(yán)重威脅。吸附除硫技術(shù)可以脫除絕緣油中的腐蝕性硫,從源頭上解決腐蝕性硫?qū)︺~導(dǎo)線的腐蝕問題,但是吸附除硫的效率有待提高。設(shè)計了一種吸附劑-氧化劑復(fù)合體系,通過優(yōu)化吸附劑、氧化劑、吸附劑粒徑和吸附時間提升吸附效率。同時對經(jīng)優(yōu)化后的吸附劑-氧化劑復(fù)合體系處理后的絕緣油進行腐蝕性試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:13X分子篩相對于目前廣泛使用的白土等吸附劑對二芐基二硫醚腐蝕性硫的吸附效率更高。同時高錳酸鉀與13X分子篩的復(fù)合使用提高了腐蝕性硫的去除效率。13X分子篩的粒徑對吸附效果影響明顯,通過優(yōu)化,13X分子篩對絕緣油中二芐基二硫醚的去除率得到提高。吸附劑-氧化劑復(fù)合體系的吸附平衡時間較短,吸附處理4 h即可達到吸附平衡。
[Abstract]:The safe and stable operation of corrosive sulfur two benzyl sulfide containing two transformer oil in the transformer pose a serious threat. The removal of sulfur removal technology can insulation of corrosive sulfur in oil, to solve the problem of corrosion of corrosive sulfur copper wire from the source, but the adsorption desulfurization efficiency needs to be improved. Design a adsorbent - oxidant compound system, by optimizing the adsorption agent, oxidizing agent, adsorbent particle size and adsorption time improve the adsorption efficiency. At the same time corrosion test of insulating oil by adsorption agent - optimized oxidant compound system after treatment. The experimental results show that 13X molecular sieve adsorption efficiency relative to the currently widely used the clay adsorbent of two two benzyl sulfide corrosive sulfur is higher. At the same time Potassium Permanganate and 13X composite molecular sieve is raised by the use of corrosive sulfur removal efficiency of.13X zeolite particle size on adsorption effect Obviously, through optimization, the removal rate of two benzyl two thioether in the insulating oil was improved by 13X zeolite. The adsorption equilibrium time of the adsorbent oxidant composite system was shorter, and the adsorption equilibrium could reach 4 h after adsorption treatment.
