大同配電網(wǎng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃與研究

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)作為電力系統(tǒng)重要的一環(huán),其信息通信對(duì)電網(wǎng)安全生產(chǎn)起到極大影響,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)劃工作是保障信息通信工作的基礎(chǔ)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)大同配電網(wǎng)通信當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀分析,對(duì)大同配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分層次網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)改造,為大同配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)實(shí)施提供理論依據(jù)。本文基于大同配電網(wǎng)當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀和其通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)情況,對(duì)大同配電網(wǎng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)提出響應(yīng)改造方案。通過(guò)分析配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的作用,討論了目前配電網(wǎng)通信規(guī)劃的研究情況,給出了大同配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則。其次,詳細(xì)分析了大同配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,給出了新建的大同配電網(wǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的組成和主要功能,并通過(guò)分析配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)任務(wù),明確了大同配電網(wǎng)整體建設(shè)目標(biāo),在其基礎(chǔ)上,本文總結(jié)了大同配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)。此外,參考配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求分析和配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)流量預(yù)測(cè)及通信帶寬估算,綜合分析了各種主流通信傳輸技術(shù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,并最終給出了適合大同配電網(wǎng)各傳輸層的通信方式。通過(guò)上述分析,本文給出了大同配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)的具體結(jié)構(gòu)和組網(wǎng)方案,并對(duì)每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的具體功能做詳盡描述,給出了配電網(wǎng)終端配置方案,為下一步全面建成大同配電網(wǎng)通信系統(tǒng)提供一定的理論參考。最后,本文詳細(xì)給出了大同配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)安全分區(qū),討論了大同配電網(wǎng)安全分區(qū)的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)和信息交互總線安全防護(hù)原則,最終給出了大同配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)方案。
[Abstract]:Distribution network is an important part of power system, and its information and communication have great influence on the safe production of power network. The planning of distribution network communication network is the basis of information communication work. Through the analysis of the present situation of Datong distribution network communication system, the communication system of Datong distribution network is reformed by hierarchical network technology. Based on the current situation of Datong distribution network and its communication network situation, this paper puts forward a response transformation scheme for Datong distribution network communication network. Through analyzing the function of distribution network planning, the paper provides a theoretical basis for the construction and implementation of Datong distribution network communication system. This paper discusses the current research situation of communication planning in distribution network, and gives the planning and design principles of Datong distribution network communication system. Secondly, the present situation of communication system in Datong distribution network is analyzed in detail. The composition and main functions of the newly built Datong distribution network management system are given. By analyzing the construction task of the distribution network communication system, the overall construction goal of the Datong distribution network is defined. This paper summarizes the related structure of Datong distribution network automation. In addition, referring to the service requirement analysis of the distribution network communication system, the traffic prediction and the communication bandwidth estimation of the distribution network communication system, the economy of various mainstream communication transmission technologies is analyzed synthetically. Finally, the communication mode suitable for each transmission layer of Datong distribution network is given. Through the above analysis, the concrete structure and networking scheme of Datong distribution network communication system are given, and the specific functions of each node are described in detail. The terminal configuration scheme of distribution network is given, which provides a certain theoretical reference for the next step to complete the communication system of Datong distribution network. Finally, the security partition of Datong distribution network automation system is given in detail in this paper. This paper discusses the logical structure of Datong distribution network security partition and the principle of information interactive bus security protection. Finally, the security protection scheme of Datong distribution network automation system is given.
