干式空心電抗器溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算與試驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:基于電磁學(xué)和傳熱學(xué)理論,建立干式空心電抗器三維溫升計(jì)算模型,首次考慮了星形支架損耗對(duì)包封熱點(diǎn)溫度的影響。應(yīng)用損耗分離方式計(jì)算包封和星形支架的熱源,采用有限容積法直接求解電抗器流體場(chǎng)與溫度場(chǎng),獲得電抗器溫度場(chǎng)分布特性,分析并總結(jié)包封軸向及徑向溫度分布規(guī)律。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:星形支架損耗為包封損耗的3.7%,對(duì)包封熱點(diǎn)溫度的影響約為3 K。最后,通過電抗器溫升試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性,為干式空心電抗器溫升計(jì)算以及溫升監(jiān)測(cè)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of electromagnetism and heat transfer, the three-dimensional temperature rise calculation model of dry hollow reactor is established, and the influence of the loss of the star support on the encapsulation hot spot temperature is considered for the first time. The heat source of the encapsulation and star support is calculated by using the loss separation method. The fluid field and temperature field of reactor are directly solved by the finite volume method, and the temperature field distribution characteristics of reactor are obtained. The distribution of axial and radial temperature of the encapsulation is analyzed and summarized. The calculated results show that the loss of the star support is 3.7% of the encapsulation loss, and the effect on the encapsulation hot spot temperature is about 3K. finally, The accuracy of temperature field calculation is verified by temperature rise test of reactor, which provides theoretical basis and reference basis for temperature rise calculation and temperature rise monitoring of dry hollow reactor.
