基于ZigBee與GPRS技術(shù)的機(jī)井通電的采集抄表系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了解決“十二五”期間農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造依舊留存的問題,進(jìn)一步掃清農(nóng)網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化方向上的阻礙,“十三五”新一輪農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)工程將圍繞“升級(jí)”開展重點(diǎn)工作——機(jī)井通電。目前,該項(xiàng)目尚處于發(fā)展期,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)還不成熟,并且由于管理、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)等原因,排灌配電設(shè)施存在缺陷,存在私自拉線轉(zhuǎn)供電的現(xiàn)象,用電管理混亂,機(jī)井電能計(jì)量終端的安全無保障,存在不容忽視的安全隱患。為了時(shí)刻采集機(jī)井電能計(jì)量終端的數(shù)據(jù),監(jiān)控其運(yùn)行情況,本文將利用無線通信技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)一種采集抄表系統(tǒng),將機(jī)井計(jì)量終端裝置的數(shù)據(jù)及運(yùn)行狀態(tài)通過短距離無線通信技術(shù)傳送到該區(qū)域的變電室的網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器中。網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器通過遠(yuǎn)程無線通信技術(shù)將數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程傳送到電力管理后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)中以及抄表員的手持終端上,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)抄讀和對(duì)計(jì)量終端安全的監(jiān)控功能。系統(tǒng)主要涉及數(shù)據(jù)終端采集系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器兩個(gè)部分。短程無線傳輸以ZigBee技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)組建了采集抄表網(wǎng)絡(luò),在此基礎(chǔ)上增加了功放模塊擴(kuò)大傳輸距離,遠(yuǎn)程無線傳輸以GPRS技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)完成與電力管理中心的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接。本文在分析ZigBee和GPRS無線通信技術(shù)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集終端和網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)焊接和軟件代碼編寫。通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)可以準(zhǔn)確完成計(jì)量終端的電能數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)機(jī)井電能計(jì)量終端安全的監(jiān)控功能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the transformation of rural power network remains during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and to further clear the obstacles in the direction of agricultural network automation, a new round of the "13th Five-Year Plan" rural network renovation and upgrading project will focus on the "upgrade" and focus on "upgrading". The project is still in the developing stage, the technology is not mature, and because of the management, equipment foundation and other reasons, the drainage and irrigation distribution facilities have defects, there is the phenomenon of private pulling lines to power supply, and the power management is chaotic. In order to collect the data of the electric energy metering terminal and monitor the operation of the terminal, this paper will design a meter reading system using wireless communication technology. The data and operating state of the terminal unit are transmitted to the network coordinator of the substation room in the area via short-distance wireless communication technology. The network coordinator transmits data remotely to the electricity through remote wireless communication technology. In the power management backstage system and the handheld terminal of the meter reader, The system mainly involves two parts: data terminal acquisition system and network coordinator. Short-range wireless transmission is based on ZigBee technology. On this basis, the power amplifier module is added to expand the transmission distance, and the remote wireless transmission is based on GPRS technology to complete the network connection with the power management center. This paper analyzes the characteristics of ZigBee and GPRS wireless communication technology. The hardware circuit design and software code of data acquisition terminal and network coordinator are designed and welded. The system is tested by a large number of experiments. The results show that the system can accurately complete the power data acquisition and transmission work of the measurement terminal. Realize the monitoring function of electric energy measurement terminal safety.
