具備阻斷直流側(cè)故障電流模塊化的多電平換流器應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)當(dāng)前已投入運(yùn)行的高壓直流(HVDC)輸電工程中模塊化多電平換流器(MMC)存在子模塊數(shù)量較多、不具備阻斷直流側(cè)故障電流等問(wèn)題,提出一種基于傳統(tǒng)MMC拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的新型模塊化多電平拓?fù)?其橋臂由2個(gè)子模塊組串聯(lián)構(gòu)成,2個(gè)子模塊組分別由半橋子模塊和箝位雙子模塊串聯(lián)組成,降低穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行損耗和元器件使用數(shù)量;闡述該新型拓?fù)涞幕緟?shù)選取原則及上、下2組子模塊的協(xié)調(diào)投切過(guò)程;針對(duì)新型MMC拓?fù)?采用相應(yīng)的模型預(yù)測(cè)控制策略。最后,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。研究結(jié)果表明:新型拓?fù)洳粌H具備阻斷直流側(cè)故障電流能力,而且在子模塊數(shù)量相同時(shí),輸出電平數(shù)增多,交流電壓輸出波形更接近正弦波。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that there are many sub-modules in the modularized multilevel converter MMCs in the HVDC transmission project that has been put into operation at present, it does not have the problem of blocking the DC side fault current, etc. A novel modularized multilevel topology based on traditional MMC topology is proposed. The bridge arm consists of two sub-modules in series and two sub-modules are composed of half-bridge submodules and clamped two-submodules in series. Reduce the steady operation loss and the number of components used; expound the principle of selecting the basic parameters of the new topology and the coordination switching process of the upper and lower groups of sub-modules; adopt the corresponding model predictive control strategy for the new MMC topology. Finally, The experimental results show that the new topology not only has the ability to block the DC side fault current, but also increases the output level when the number of sub-modules is the same, and the output waveform of AC voltage is closer to sine wave.
