板形矯正軋輥軋制變形的受力分析與仿真研究

【摘要】:文章對目前鋰電池極片軋輥利用小輥頸結(jié)構(gòu)減少和控制軋輥撓度變形的方法提出質(zhì)疑。在建立軋輥參數(shù)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,首先通過理論分析的方法求解對小輥頸結(jié)構(gòu)施加矯正拉力前、后軋輥的變形撓度大小;然后利用數(shù)值模擬的方法對其進行靜態(tài)模擬仿真,模擬不同工況下軋輥的變形與應(yīng)力分布;分析了在施加矯正拉力前、后其軋制區(qū)的變形分布與數(shù)值大小,得出施加拉力產(chǎn)生的最大矯正變形量所占比例不超過原變形量的0.7%。采用理論分析與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法得到的結(jié)果證明,通過增加小輥頸結(jié)構(gòu)改善軋輥變形的方法在實施時既增加材料成本又導(dǎo)致機構(gòu)繁瑣,并且不能有效地減少和控制軋輥的撓度變形,因此,增加小輥頸結(jié)構(gòu)施加拉力是沒有必要的。該結(jié)論可以為極片軋輥的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the method of reducing and controlling the deflection of roll by using the structure of small roll neck is questioned. Based on the model of roll parameters, the model of roll parameters is established. At first, the deformation deflection of the small roll neck structure is solved by the method of theoretical analysis, and then the static simulation method is used to simulate the deflection of the small roll neck structure before and after the application of the pull force, and then the method of numerical simulation is used to simulate the small roll neck structure. The deformation and stress distribution of rollers under different working conditions are simulated, and the deformation distribution and numerical value of rolling zone before and after the application of corrective tension are analyzed. The results of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that the proportion of the maximum corrected deformation caused by tensile force does not exceed 0.7 of the original deformation. The method of improving roll deformation by increasing the structure of small roll neck can not only increase the cost of materials but also lead to cumbersome mechanism, and can not effectively reduce and control the deflection deformation of roll. It is not necessary to increase the tensile force applied by the small roll neck structure. This conclusion can provide a certain reference for the structure design of the polar roll.
