大規(guī)模風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)下的抽水蓄能機組調(diào)頻控制研究

【摘要】:大規(guī)模風(fēng)電接入對電力系統(tǒng)的頻率造成影響。抽水蓄能機組由于其出力響應(yīng)迅速、調(diào)節(jié)靈活等特性,在風(fēng)電功率波動的調(diào)節(jié)中具有重要作用。該文針對短時風(fēng)電功率波動對電力系統(tǒng)造成的頻率擾動問題,提出抽水蓄能機組頻率調(diào)節(jié)的魯棒控制策略。通過建立電力系統(tǒng)整體狀態(tài)方程,并考慮風(fēng)電功率波動特性和抽水蓄能電站動態(tài)特性,采用基于線性矩陣不等式(linear matrix inequality,LMI)的H∞魯棒控制算法,對抽水蓄能機組一次調(diào)頻控制方程進行求解。利用IEEE39節(jié)點系統(tǒng)進行仿真驗證,結(jié)果表明提出的魯棒控制策略能有效地減小風(fēng)電功率波動造成的系統(tǒng)頻率偏差,提高了抽水蓄能機組對短時風(fēng)電功率波動的調(diào)節(jié)響應(yīng)性能。
[Abstract]:Large-scale wind power access has an impact on the frequency of power systems. Pumped storage units have the characteristics of quick response to force, flexible regulation, and so on. It plays an important role in the regulation of wind power fluctuation. In this paper, the frequency disturbance caused by short-term wind power fluctuation on power system is discussed.
