【摘要】:C-GIS(Cubicle type Gas Insulated Switchgear柜式氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備)是GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備)技術(shù)與常規(guī)開關(guān)柜技術(shù)相結(jié)合而衍生出的成套電器。因其具有柜體節(jié)約空間,可靠性高,環(huán)境污染小,免維護及安裝方便等優(yōu)點,在中壓電網(wǎng)配電系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著全社會環(huán)保意識不斷增強,環(huán)境友好型電網(wǎng)設(shè)備也在逐步普及。SF6氣體因其溫室效應(yīng)使得其在電氣設(shè)備領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用存在局限性。與此同時,隨著能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,智能化電網(wǎng)對電氣裝備的技術(shù)參數(shù)、可靠性與運維環(huán)保性提出了更高的要求。為解決電氣裝備用絕緣介質(zhì)的環(huán);耐瑫r改進產(chǎn)品絕緣與運行特性,滿足電網(wǎng)運行的需求,本文開展了傳統(tǒng)C-GIS設(shè)備SF6替代氣體開關(guān)設(shè)備的絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)及其監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究。傳統(tǒng)C-GIS主要結(jié)構(gòu)有滅弧室,操動機構(gòu),三工位開關(guān),母線和柜體等部分,本文以傳統(tǒng)C-GIS滅弧系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)改進設(shè)計以及開關(guān)柜設(shè)備智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的工程應(yīng)用需求為技術(shù)路線,進行了深入研究。提出利用具有環(huán)境友好特性的氮氣替代SF6充氣柜絕緣介質(zhì)的C-GIS設(shè)計方案,并對開關(guān)柜滅弧系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進行了靜電場有限元分析,使其滿足絕緣標準要求,解決設(shè)備環(huán)保化與絕緣可靠性之間的矛盾。自主設(shè)計了三工位開關(guān)本體結(jié)構(gòu),并對其進行靜電場有限元分析。通過引入CAN總線技術(shù),提出一種開放式多硬件兼容的開關(guān)柜智能化系統(tǒng),其良好的兼容性和透明性從系統(tǒng)層面實現(xiàn)了智能化開關(guān)柜設(shè)備內(nèi)部信息通信與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理。此外,基于MATLAB平臺,提出了并行求解靜電場有限元電場分析軟件平臺,并對斷路器氣室和三工位開關(guān)進行絕緣設(shè)計與驗證分析;使用CANoe軟件平臺,自主搭建并測試智能化C-GIS的CAN總線系統(tǒng),從系統(tǒng)層面為智能化設(shè)備網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理和信息通訊提供了參考方案。
[Abstract]:C-GIS-Cubicle type Gas Insulated Switchgear gas insulated metal closed switchgear) is a set of electrical appliances derived from the combination of GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear gas insulated metal closed switchgear and conventional switchgear technology. Environmental pollution is small, maintenance-free and easy to install, and so on, it has been widely used in the distribution system of medium voltage power grid. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection in the whole society, Environmental friendly power grid equipment is also gradually popularizing .SF6 gas, because of its Greenhouse Effect, its application in the field of electrical equipment has limitations. At the same time, with the development of the energy Internet, the technical parameters of intelligent power grid to electrical equipment, In order to solve the problem of environmental protection of insulation medium used in electrical equipment and improve the insulation and operation characteristics of products, it is necessary to meet the requirements of power grid operation. In this paper, the insulation structure and its monitoring system of SF6 substitute gas switch equipment for traditional C-GIS equipment are studied. The main structures of traditional C-GIS equipment include interrupter, operating mechanism, three-station switch, busbar and cabinet, etc. This paper takes the structure improvement design of traditional C-GIS arc-extinguishing system and the engineering application demand of intelligent and networked switchgear as the technical route. This paper puts forward a C-GIS design scheme to replace the insulating medium of SF6 inflatable cabinet by nitrogen with environment-friendly characteristics. The structure of the arc-extinguishing system of switchgear is analyzed by electrostatic field finite element analysis to make it meet the requirements of insulation standard. In order to solve the contradiction between environmental protection and insulation reliability, the structure of three-position switch is designed and analyzed by electrostatic field finite element method. The CAN bus technology is introduced. This paper presents an open and multi-hardware compatible intelligent switchgear system. Its good compatibility and transparency realize the information communication and network management of the intelligent switchgear equipment from the system level. In addition, based on the MATLAB platform, the intelligent switchgear system is developed. In this paper, a software platform for electric field analysis using finite element method to solve electrostatic field in parallel is put forward, and insulation design and verification analysis of gas chamber and three-position switch of circuit breaker are carried out, and the intelligent C-GIS CAN bus system is built and tested independently by using CANoe software platform. It provides a reference scheme for intelligent equipment network management and information communication from the system level.
