【摘要】： 電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)（SCADA/EMS）是監(jiān)控電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行不可缺少的手 段�？h調(diào)自動(dòng)化，，作為一個(gè)全新的概念在90年代初開始為我國(guó)電力部門 所重視。在為遼寧省遼陽市燈塔農(nóng)電局實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化的過程中，本 著開放性、實(shí)用性、分布式的原則，對(duì)原有的RTS-100系統(tǒng)加以改造， 部分RTU換用東方電子產(chǎn)品，采用多種通信規(guī)約（RTS-100、SCI1801等）， 實(shí)現(xiàn)了SCADA的遙測(cè)、遙信、遙控、遙調(diào)四遙功能和接線圖、系統(tǒng)圖的 動(dòng)態(tài)配置和管理，并在軟件設(shè)計(jì)中采用了點(diǎn)—點(diǎn)通信方式，使系統(tǒng)速度大 大提高，尤其是前置通信機(jī)與調(diào)度主機(jī)之間直接交換數(shù)據(jù)，而不再通過數(shù) 據(jù)庫打交道，使系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性顯著提高。
[Abstract]:SCADA / EMSS is an indispensable hand to monitor the operation of power grid County Automation as a New concept in early 90s for our Power sector In the process of automating power grid dispatching for lighthouse agricultural power bureau of Liaoyang city, Liaoning province, Based on the principles of openness, practicability and distribution, the original RTS-100 system is reformed.
