二維云模型在線優(yōu)化永磁同步電機(jī)無傳感器電壓模型控制

【摘要】:提出一種基于二維云模型在線優(yōu)化智能PID的永磁同步電機(jī)無傳感器電壓模型控制算法。在虛擬γ-δ旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系下利用實(shí)際電壓值與理想電壓值之差對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速誤差進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)校正,獲取到相對(duì)準(zhǔn)確的電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速以及轉(zhuǎn)子位置估計(jì)。同時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有參數(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)自整定功能的智能PID對(duì)上述電壓模型控制中的轉(zhuǎn)速、電流進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)。通過引入混沌粒子群算法離線優(yōu)化控制參數(shù),使整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)處于優(yōu)化狀態(tài),再利用二維云模型在線調(diào)節(jié)模塊對(duì)其實(shí)時(shí)整定。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該控制算法能夠準(zhǔn)確估計(jì)出電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速以及轉(zhuǎn)子位置,對(duì)電機(jī)內(nèi)部參數(shù)攝動(dòng)以及外部負(fù)載擾動(dòng)具有較強(qiáng)的魯棒性。
[Abstract]:A sensorless voltage model control algorithm for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on online optimization of intelligent PID based on 2-D cloud model is proposed. In virtual 緯-未 rotating coordinate system, the difference between the actual voltage value and the ideal voltage value is applied to the motor. The speed error is corrected in real time. At the same time, a kind of intelligent PID with parameter dynamic real-time self-tuning function is designed to control the speed of the above voltage model. By introducing chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the control parameters off-line, the whole control system is in an optimal state. Finally, the real time tuning module is used to adjust the model. The experimental results show that the control algorithm can accurately estimate the speed of the motor and the position of the rotor. It is robust to internal parameter perturbation and external load disturbance.
