【摘要】:針對(duì)無刷直流電機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)中,電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩估計(jì)或觀測(cè)存在需檢測(cè)電機(jī)狀態(tài)信號(hào)難以精確地檢測(cè)、觀測(cè)或計(jì)算等不可避免的難題,提出一種利用電機(jī)線電流和轉(zhuǎn)速兩個(gè)易檢測(cè)信號(hào)進(jìn)行電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩估計(jì)的方法。該方法首先基于拉丁超立方抽樣方法確定建模數(shù)據(jù),確保離散數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性;然后通過核函數(shù)將建模數(shù)據(jù)中的自變量變換到特征空間,將自變量與因變量之間的非線性關(guān)系在特征空間中線性地展開;最后在特征空間中利用偏最小二乘回歸方法建立電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的估計(jì)模型。通過對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)矩估計(jì)精度和控制系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行分析及實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,證明了所提轉(zhuǎn)矩估計(jì)方法能準(zhǔn)確地估計(jì)電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩,確保電機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)的性能,該方法具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In the direct torque control system of brushless DC motor, there are some unavoidable problems such as estimating or observing the output torque of the motor, which is difficult to detect, observe or calculate the motor state signal accurately. This paper presents a method to estimate the output torque of the motor by using two easily detectable signals: linear current and rotational speed. Firstly, the modeling data are determined based on Latin hypercube sampling to ensure the reliability of discrete data. Then the independent variables in the modeling data are transformed into the feature space by the kernel function, and the nonlinear relations between the independent variables and the dependent variables are expanded linearly in the feature space. Finally, the estimation model of motor output torque is established by using partial least square regression method in the feature space. The precision of torque estimation and the performance of control system are analyzed and verified by experiments. It is proved that the proposed torque estimation method can accurately estimate the output torque of the motor and ensure the performance of the motor direct torque control system.
