【摘要】：針對(duì)燃煤電廠(chǎng)脫硫系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定、能耗物耗高等問(wèn)題,將關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法應(yīng)用于工藝工況參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,并在實(shí)施過(guò)程中根據(jù)應(yīng)用特性對(duì)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),通過(guò)增加剪枝條件、約束關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的前后項(xiàng)來(lái)減少候選項(xiàng)集與候選關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的規(guī)模,以達(dá)到減少空間占用,降低運(yùn)算時(shí)間,提高分析效率的目的。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)后關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法的運(yùn)算耗時(shí)較傳統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法減少93.9%,優(yōu)化工況所對(duì)應(yīng)的SO_2平均出口濃度較優(yōu)化前降低31%。將優(yōu)化工況庫(kù)中的工況組合作為調(diào)整目標(biāo),能有效降低污染物排放水平,若同時(shí)從工況庫(kù)中有針對(duì)性的選擇操作策略,能在控制污染物出口濃度的前提下降低能耗物耗,節(jié)約污染物脫除成本,具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of unstable operation and high energy consumption of desulfurization system in coal-fired power plant, the association rule algorithm is applied to the optimization of process parameters, and the association rule algorithm is improved according to the application characteristics in the process of implementation. By adding pruning conditions and constraining the front and rear items of association rules, the scale of candidate item set and candidate association rule is reduced, in order to reduce space consumption and operation time. Experimental results show that the computation time of the improved association rule algorithm is 93.9% less than that of the traditional association rule algorithm. The average export concentration of SO_2 corresponding to the optimized conditions is lower than that before optimization by 31. The combination of the conditions in the optimized working conditions can effectively reduce the emission level of pollutants. If the operation strategy is chosen from the working condition warehouse at the same time, it can reduce the energy consumption and reduce the cost of removing the pollutants under the premise of controlling the concentration of pollutants at the outlet, so it has certain practical application value.
