【摘要】：針對(duì)尋優(yōu)搜索節(jié)點(diǎn)較多、線路較多的復(fù)雜大電力系統(tǒng)時(shí)計(jì)算維數(shù)過大的問題,提出了一種基于降維與搜索的網(wǎng)架重構(gòu)方案。該方案結(jié)合優(yōu)化蟻群算法與離散粒子群算法(DPSO)以搜索目標(biāo)網(wǎng)架。首先,采用優(yōu)化蟻群算法搜索一條主干線路,降低后續(xù)尋優(yōu)的維數(shù)。然后,基于已經(jīng)得到的主干線路,采用離散粒子群算法對(duì)電網(wǎng)的剩余部分進(jìn)行搜索。利用已并網(wǎng)發(fā)電機(jī)組提供的發(fā)電功率,以考慮重要負(fù)荷的綜合負(fù)荷恢復(fù)量最大為目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行尋優(yōu),得到滿足拓?fù)溥B通性和安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行約束的目標(biāo)網(wǎng)架。最后,以IEEE118節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)和湖北電網(wǎng)部分地區(qū)為算例,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the dimension of complex large power system with more searching nodes and more lines is too large. A reconfiguration scheme based on dimensionality reduction and search is proposed, which combines ant colony optimization algorithm and discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm to search the target grid. Ant colony optimization algorithm is used to search a trunk line to reduce the dimension of subsequent optimization. Then, based on the existing trunk line. Discrete particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm is used to search the remaining parts of the power grid. The objective function is to use the generation power provided by the connected generating units and take the maximum recovery of the comprehensive load considering the important load as the objective function. Finally, the IEEE118 node system and parts of Hubei power grid are taken as examples to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

【正文快照】： 電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)生大停電事故后的電力系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)是一個(gè)漫長(zhǎng)而復(fù)雜的過程,一般分為機(jī)組黑啟動(dòng)、網(wǎng)架重構(gòu)和負(fù)荷恢復(fù)三個(gè)階段[1]。網(wǎng)架重構(gòu)是其中承上啟下的階段,在此階段需要充分利用恢復(fù)初期已經(jīng)恢復(fù)的發(fā)電容量,盡快給失電廠站送電并建立一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)架,為系統(tǒng)的全面恢復(fù)奠定基礎(chǔ)[2]
