【摘要】:世界范圍內(nèi)的能源短缺和環(huán)境污染問題使得可再生能源的利用受到越來越多的重視,太陽能光伏發(fā)電以其清潔無污染、不受地域限制等優(yōu)勢而發(fā)展迅速。常規(guī)集中式光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)逐漸顯現(xiàn)其在商業(yè)和民用市場的劣勢,光伏并網(wǎng)微逆變器具有發(fā)電效率高、系統(tǒng)容量擴(kuò)展靈活、安裝維護(hù)簡單和冗余設(shè)計(jì)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),研發(fā)高性能微逆變器將為分布式光伏發(fā)電提供技術(shù)和設(shè)備支撐。 本文以交錯(cuò)反激式光伏并網(wǎng)微逆變器為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其工作在CCM方式下的系統(tǒng)特征進(jìn)行分析并設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)控制策略,全文的主要工作如下: (1)建立了CCM工作方式下開關(guān)周期內(nèi)原副邊繞組電流的時(shí)域關(guān)系式,得出了系統(tǒng)臨界連續(xù)輸出功率,分析出半電網(wǎng)周期內(nèi)微逆變器工作在DCM和CCM相結(jié)合的方式,并用系統(tǒng)連續(xù)率CR表征CCM工作區(qū)間所占的比重。 (2)對(duì)微逆變器主電路關(guān)鍵元器件進(jìn)行了參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和選型,包括直流側(cè)功率解耦電容,反激變壓器,反激開關(guān)管、輸出整流二極管和工頻換向橋功率器件和并網(wǎng)濾波器,為系統(tǒng)控制策略的設(shè)計(jì)提供參數(shù)依據(jù)。 (3)建立了基于任意準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)工作點(diǎn)控制輸入到并網(wǎng)電流輸出的傳遞函數(shù),得出了額定功率下π/2電角度處RHP零點(diǎn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)跟蹤性能影響最大的結(jié)論,并基于這一準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)態(tài)工作點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了電流內(nèi)環(huán)Q-PR控制器。 (4)提出了分階段、相結(jié)合控制的改進(jìn)MPPT算法,即微逆變器啟動(dòng)階段應(yīng)用開路電壓法,光伏組件功率波動(dòng)較小時(shí)應(yīng)用變步長擾動(dòng)觀察法,功率波動(dòng)較大時(shí)應(yīng)用短路電流法,以獲得良好的穩(wěn)態(tài)跟蹤精度和動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤性能;針對(duì)輕載下基于CCM設(shè)計(jì)的并網(wǎng)電流控制器適用度降低和諧波含量增大的問題,提出了雙模式控制策略及模式選擇控制器的實(shí)現(xiàn)原則,實(shí)現(xiàn)輕載時(shí)系統(tǒng)控制方式切換到DCM并網(wǎng)電流控制方式,提高了輕載并網(wǎng)電流品質(zhì)。 (5)搭建了Matlab/Simulink仿真系統(tǒng)和250W微逆變器系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均驗(yàn)證了上述系統(tǒng)分析的正確性和所設(shè)計(jì)的控制策略的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Worldwide energy shortage and environmental pollution make the use of renewable energy more and more attention. Solar photovoltaic power generation is clean and pollution-free. Conventional centralized photovoltaic grid-connected generation system gradually shows its disadvantages in commercial and civil markets. Photovoltaic grid-connected microinverters have high generation efficiency and flexible system capacity expansion. With the advantages of simple installation and maintenance and redundant design, the development of high-performance microinverters will provide technical and equipment support for distributed photovoltaic power generation. This paper takes the interleaved flyback photovoltaic grid-connected micro-inverter as the research object, analyzes the system characteristics of the system working in the CCM mode and designs the corresponding control strategy. The main work of this thesis is as follows: 1) the time-domain relationship of the primary secondary winding current in the switching cycle under the CCM operation mode is established, and the critical continuous output power is obtained. The combination of DCM and CCM is analyzed in the semi-grid cycle, and the proportion of CCM in the range of CCM is characterized by the CR of system continuity. The key components of the main circuit of the micro-inverter are designed and selected, including DC side power decoupling capacitance, flyback transformer and flyback switch. The output rectifier diode and power frequency commutation bridge power device and grid-connected filter provide parameter basis for the design of system control strategy. A transfer function based on arbitrary quasi-steady-state operating point control to the output of grid-connected current is established, and the conclusion that RHP 00:00 at 蟺 / 2 electric angle at rated power has the greatest influence on the tracking performance of the system is obtained. The Q-PR controller of current inner loop is designed based on the quasi-steady operation point. In this paper, an improved MPPT algorithm, which combines the control with the control, is proposed, that is, the open circuit voltage method is used in the start-up phase of the micro-inverter, and the variable step perturbation observation method is used to observe the small power fluctuation of the photovoltaic module. The short-circuit current method is used to obtain good steady-state tracking accuracy and dynamic tracking performance when the power fluctuation is large. In order to reduce the applicability and increase the harmonic content of grid-connected current controller based on CCM under light load, a dual-mode control strategy and the realization principle of mode selection controller are proposed. The system control mode is switched to DCM grid-connected current control mode under light load, and the quality of light-load grid-connected current is improved. Matlab/Simulink simulation system and 250W micro-inverter system platform are built. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the system analysis and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
