【摘要】:以超超臨界機組鍋爐高溫過熱器用耐熱鋼T92為研究對象,考慮了過熱器工作過程中的應(yīng)力因素,采取螺栓預(yù)緊方式對C型試樣施加應(yīng)力,然后涂鹽進行高溫腐蝕試驗。結(jié)果表明:700℃下復(fù)合硫酸鹽的熔融與揮發(fā)在一定程度上影響了T92鋼涂鹽試樣的高溫腐蝕行為;未加載應(yīng)力時,700℃下T92鋼腐蝕以高溫氧化為主;加載應(yīng)力時,700℃下應(yīng)力能加快涂鹽T92鋼的腐蝕速度。對于大型鍋爐過熱器的T92鋼管道,運行過程中需注意其應(yīng)力變化對高溫作業(yè)的影響。
[Abstract]:Taking heat-resistant steel T92 for boiler superheater of ultra-supercritical unit as the research object, the stress factors during the working process of superheater were considered, and the stress was applied to C type specimen by bolt pre-tightening method.
