【摘要】:主動配電網(wǎng)集成了豐富的可控資源,而當(dāng)前配電網(wǎng)的無功電源規(guī)劃并沒有考慮主動管理手段,導(dǎo)致無功電源優(yōu)化配置難以反映全面的綜合性效益。針對此狀況,考慮分布式電源、變壓器分接頭、儲能、負荷調(diào)整等主動管理手段,計及主動配電網(wǎng)的時序特性,建立兩層規(guī)劃模型,在規(guī)劃中考慮運行特性對電容器進行了綜合優(yōu)化配置,規(guī)劃層考慮電容器的投資維護費用,運行層計及配電網(wǎng)的年運行費用,并采用基于小生境的遺傳算法對兩層規(guī)劃模型進行優(yōu)化求解。算例結(jié)果表明:在電容器規(guī)劃中考慮主動管理手段,有利于提高資源利用率、降低配電網(wǎng)的投資和運行費用;充分利用分布式電源和儲能的無功調(diào)節(jié)能力有利于配電網(wǎng)的安全經(jīng)濟運行。
[Abstract]:Active distribution network integrates a wealth of controllable resources, but the reactive power planning of the current distribution network does not consider active management means, resulting in the optimal allocation of reactive power supply is difficult to reflect comprehensive benefits. Considering the active management methods such as distributed generation, transformer tap, energy storage, load adjustment, and considering the timing characteristics of active distribution network, a two-layer planning model is established. In the planning, considering the operation characteristics, the capacitors are comprehensively optimized, the planning layer considers the investment and maintenance costs of the capacitors, and the annual operating costs of the distribution network are taken into account in the operation layer. And the genetic algorithm based on niche is used to optimize the two-level programming model. The results show that considering active management in capacitor planning is beneficial to improve the resource utilization ratio. Reduce the investment and operation cost of distribution network; Making full use of the reactive power regulation ability of distributed generation and energy storage is beneficial to the safe and economical operation of distribution network.
