【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)永磁無刷直流電機(jī)(brushless direct current motor,BLDCM)無法控制永磁磁通量及永磁體固有缺陷,限制了其在許多高科技領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。該文提出新型雙凸極無永磁BLDCM。突破傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)原理,用軸向線圈磁場輔助徑向定子勵(lì)磁,取消永磁材料特性制約。線圈輔助定子勵(lì)磁電機(jī)更高輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩特性可通過提高氣隙磁通及電樞繞組的電流實(shí)現(xiàn)。用有限元軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析并驗(yàn)證其準(zhǔn)確性和有效性;基于該電機(jī)的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)和電感模型,搭建聯(lián)合仿真模型,用三相六狀態(tài)角度導(dǎo)通方式,增加輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩,減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng);根據(jù)輔助勵(lì)磁線圈調(diào)磁特性,進(jìn)行勵(lì)磁線圈和電樞繞組混合之勵(lì)磁電流-轉(zhuǎn)矩控制。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證新型結(jié)構(gòu)電機(jī)樣機(jī)及控制方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The traditional permanent magnet brushless DC motor (brushless direct current motor, BLDCM) can not control the permanent magnet flux of permanent magnet and inherent defects, which limits its application in many high-tech fields. The paper proposes a novel doubly salient permanent magnet BLDCM. break the traditional structure principle, with the axial radial stator coil magnetic field auxiliary excitation, cancel restriction the characteristics of permanent magnetic material. The stator coil auxiliary excitation motor higher output torque characteristics by increasing the current air gap flux and armature winding. Using the finite element software for numerical analysis and verify its accuracy and effectiveness; special structure and model of the motor based on inductance, build a joint simulation model, through the way of using six phase angle guide, increase the output torque, torque ripple reduction; according to the auxiliary excitation coil of magnetic properties, the torque control of excitation loop and excitation current of hybrid armature winding. The feasibility and effectiveness of the prototype and control method of the new structure motor are verified.
