基于模糊AHP-TOPSIS方法的中緬運輸路徑評價研究

隨著經濟全球化和區(qū)域化進程的快速發(fā)展,全球各個領域的產業(yè)都在從供應鏈和物流的優(yōu)勢中尋求效益比較。中國不僅有世界上最大的制造業(yè),而且向其他發(fā)展中國家擴大投資。根據“一帶一路”倡議的背景,由于緬甸是連接印度洋與中國西南內陸省份的交匯點,因此對于中國的貿易發(fā)展來說緬甸有著重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。此外,兩國的貿易關系隨著2010年中國-東盟自由貿易區(qū)的建立而不斷發(fā)展。根據貿易的強烈需求性和集裝箱化在貨物運輸中的重要作用,有效的多式聯(lián)運路線成為運輸中緬貿易貨物的必要條件。為了解決這個問題,首先,本文基于文獻綜述和物流行業(yè)專家意見構建了指標評價體系。因此,成本,時間,可靠性,容量,安全性,多式聯(lián)運模式連接效率,地緣政治和環(huán)境被認為是影響多式聯(lián)運路線效率的主要因素。其次,本文的重點是通過研究從重慶(中國)到仰光(緬甸)的實證案例研究的所有替代方案,分析40英尺高集裝箱運輸的七條運輸路線。下一步是計算標準的權重并根據不同的偏好排列運輸路線。模糊層次分析法用于計算標準權重,TOPSIS用于評估問題,其結果顯示了多式聯(lián)運路線的偏好順序。采用模糊層次分析法和TOPSIS方法,結合定性和定量數據,從物流服務提供商和托...
