冰凍瀝青路面抗滑特性評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究

【摘要】:冰凍條件對(duì)瀝青路面的抗滑性能帶來(lái)重大影響,冰凍條件下瀝青路面的抗滑性能研究非常重要。但國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)路面抗滑做的大量研究都局限于常規(guī)非冰凍條件下的瀝青路面,冰凍條件下瀝青路面的抗滑特性研究明顯不足,而且缺少標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一的冰凍條件下瀝青路面摩擦性能檢測(cè)方法和成熟系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,開展冰凍條件下瀝青路面的抗滑特性評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究十分必要。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文開發(fā)了模擬冰凍條件下瀝青路面抗滑特性的試驗(yàn)設(shè)備;開展了冰凍條件下瀝青路面抗滑特性變化規(guī)律的研究;分析了冰凍條件下瀝青路面影響因素的影響顯著性和交互作用;在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了考慮冰凍條件的瀝青路面抗滑特性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容概括如下:(1)針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)冰凍條件下瀝青路面摩擦性能測(cè)量設(shè)備欠缺問(wèn)題,開發(fā)了能在冰凍環(huán)境下測(cè)量路面摩擦性能的摩擦性能試驗(yàn)機(jī);基于測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析原理,驗(yàn)證了新開發(fā)儀器所測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性、可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,完成了對(duì)儀器的標(biāo)定。(2)采用摩擦性能試驗(yàn)機(jī)和動(dòng)態(tài)摩擦測(cè)試儀等試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,基于不同的瀝青路面類型、不同的冰凍環(huán)境、不同車輛模擬參數(shù)等因素變量下,開展了冰凍條件下瀝青路面的摩擦特性試驗(yàn)研究,得到了在不同冰凍條件、路面條件和車輛條件下,瀝青路表摩擦性能的變化規(guī)律。(3)依托正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和分析理論,分析了各冰凍條件下瀝青路面摩擦特性影響因素的敏感性以及各因素間的交互作用,闡明了在評(píng)價(jià)冰凍條件下瀝青路面抗滑特性時(shí),主要考慮的影響因素。(4)基于PIARC路面抗滑評(píng)價(jià)模型,探討了該模型運(yùn)用于冰凍條件下瀝青路面抗滑特性評(píng)價(jià)上的可行性;基于我國(guó)路面現(xiàn)行的瀝青路面抗滑評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),探討了冰凍條件下瀝青路面抗滑特性評(píng)價(jià)的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文對(duì)冰凍條件下瀝青路面的抗滑特性評(píng)價(jià)方法,為冰凍條件下的抗滑問(wèn)題研究提供了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備和基本依據(jù),也為后續(xù)的研究提供很好的推動(dòng)和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Freezing condition has great influence on the skid resistance of asphalt pavement. It is very important to study the anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement under freezing condition. However, a great deal of research on the anti-skid of pavement is limited to the asphalt pavement under the conventional non-frozen condition, and the research on the anti-skid characteristic of the asphalt pavement under the frozen condition is obviously insufficient. Moreover, there is a lack of uniform testing method of asphalt pavement friction performance and evaluation index and standard of mature system under freezing condition. Therefore, it is necessary to study the evaluation method of asphalt pavement's skid resistance under freezing condition. In view of the above problems, this paper developed a test equipment to simulate the skid resistance of asphalt pavement under freezing condition, and carried out the research on the variation law of anti-skid characteristic of asphalt pavement under freezing condition. On the basis of analyzing the influence significance and interaction of the influencing factors of asphalt pavement under freezing condition, the evaluation index and standard of asphalt pavement anti-slide characteristic considering freezing condition are discussed. The main research contents are summarized as follows: (1) aiming at the lack of equipment for measuring the friction performance of asphalt pavement under frozen conditions in China, a tribological performance tester which can measure the friction performance of asphalt pavement in frozen environment is developed, which is based on the principle of measurement system analysis. The accuracy, reliability and stability of the data measured by the newly developed instrument are verified, and the calibration of the instrument is completed. (2) based on different types of asphalt pavement, the testing equipment such as friction performance tester and dynamic friction tester are used. Under the conditions of different freezing environment, different vehicle simulation parameters and other factors, the friction characteristics of asphalt pavement under freezing condition are studied, and the results show that under different freezing conditions, road surface conditions and vehicle conditions, (3) based on the orthogonal design and analysis theory, the sensitivity of the factors affecting the friction characteristics of asphalt pavement under different freezing conditions and the interaction between them are analyzed. The main factors affecting the evaluation of the anti-slide characteristics of asphalt pavement under frozen conditions are expounded. (4) based on the PIARC pavement anti-slide evaluation model, the feasibility of applying the model to the evaluation of anti-skid characteristics of asphalt pavement under frozen conditions is discussed. Based on the current evaluation index and classification standard of asphalt pavement in China, this paper discusses the classification standard of asphalt pavement anti-skid property under freezing condition. In this paper, the evaluation method of anti-skid characteristics of asphalt pavement under freezing condition provides the basic equipment and basic basis for the study of anti-skid problem under frozen condition, and also provides a good impetus and reference for further research.
