【摘要】：針對(duì)城市快速路建設(shè)工期延期的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素識(shí)別復(fù)雜的難題,在梳理城市快速路建設(shè)工期基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建城市快速路建設(shè)工期影響因素的等級(jí)全息模型(HHM).以廈門(mén)城市快速路建設(shè)為實(shí)證,通過(guò)專家訪談,初步分析城市快速路建設(shè)工期的影響原因;進(jìn)而提出城市快速路建設(shè)工期的影響因素清單;采用專家權(quán)威度系數(shù)模型,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)清單進(jìn)一步計(jì)算和篩選.最后,從可控和不可控層面提出城市快速路建設(shè)工期控制的應(yīng)對(duì)策略.
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation of urban expressway construction period extension and the complicated problem of influencing factors identification, based on combing the basic theory of urban expressway construction period, the hierarchical holographic model of influencing factors for urban expressway construction period is constructed. Taking Xiamen City Expressway Construction as an example, through expert interviews, this paper preliminarily analyzes the reasons for the duration of urban expressway construction, then puts forward the list of factors that affect the construction period of Urban Expressway, and adopts the expert authority coefficient model. Further calculation and screening of risk lists. Finally, from controllable and uncontrollable level, the countermeasures of urban expressway construction period control are put forward.
