基于ZigBee的隧道施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近年來我國的公路、鐵路事業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,隨之而來的是在部分地區(qū)必不可少的隧道建設。在山區(qū)等特殊地區(qū)交通建設中必然有大量的隧道建設,而且很多隧道建設都具有長度越來越長、埋深越來越深、截面越來越大的特點。隧道工程的這些特點給施工增加了很大難度,對施工方的施工管理和技術都有很大的挑戰(zhàn),施工風險也大幅度增加,因此為保證隧道施工的安全進行,隧道施工的監(jiān)測就顯得更為重要。有效的監(jiān)測手段不但能實現施工過程中及時的安全預警,還有助于施工方實現高效的調度指揮。為了對隧道施工過程實現有效監(jiān)測,保證隧道施工安全、高效的進行,本文研究了一種基于Zig Bee的隧道施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。針對目前隧道施工過程中可能出現的幾種問題,給出了該系統(tǒng)的基本構架:首先是必要的環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),針對一些基本環(huán)境信息和施工過程中可能出現的環(huán)境狀況進行監(jiān)測,對包括基本的溫濕度等基本環(huán)境信息和粉塵濃度和瓦斯?jié)舛鹊葘κ┕ご嬖谕{的環(huán)境狀況通過無線通信技術進行實時監(jiān)測;其次是人員監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),施工過程中的人員安全和指揮調度也尤為重要,因此通過Zig Bee無線網絡對施工人員進行定位跟蹤,全方位掌控施工隧道的實況,為事故發(fā)生時提供實時信息,以便及時救援。本文的主要研究內容如下:(1)研究分析隧道監(jiān)測的難點以及主要問題。通過研討各種施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的國內外研究現狀與應用情況,分析出現有隧道監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的缺點,提出開發(fā)更加合理有效的隧道施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)所需要解決的一些主要問題以及實現難點。(2)研究隧道環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中數據采集與無線傳輸問題。在隧道施工過程中要實時對施工環(huán)境進行監(jiān)測,以保證施工人員有一個良好安全的施工環(huán)境。在此過程中要盡量保證采集到的數據的可信度以及實時性,因此在本文中采用物聯網技術中的Zig Bee無線通信技術進行數據的采集與無線傳輸,同時也解決了傳統(tǒng)的有線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的布線麻煩。(3)研究適合隧道施工特點和環(huán)境的人員定位監(jiān)控方法。相對于煤礦等比較復雜的施工環(huán)境而言,隧道是一種較為簡單的施工環(huán)境,但目前建設的隧道越來越長,有必要對施工人員進行監(jiān)控以保證施工安全。由于施工環(huán)境的結構相對簡單,不必要采用復雜的精確定位,可通過模糊定位方法監(jiān)控到施工人員的基本位置即可,這樣還能減少節(jié)點的計算量,降低功耗。(4)研究了隧道施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的具體實現方法。采用Zig Bee無線通信技術與傳感技術相結合的方法實現數據采集與實時傳輸,通過節(jié)點間簡單的通信過程實現施工人員的模糊定位,從而實現了隧道施工的全面監(jiān)測。經過實驗室的實驗測量和驗證,基于Zig Bee的隧道施工監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)首先在環(huán)境監(jiān)測中能夠準確采集相應的環(huán)境參數數據,包括環(huán)境溫濕度、瓦斯?jié)舛、粉塵等,并順利將數據上傳至上位機,基本實現對環(huán)境的實時監(jiān)測。在人員定位中,定位節(jié)點能夠獲取附近參考節(jié)點節(jié)點編號并在上位機監(jiān)測界面中顯示最新收到的兩個參考節(jié)點編號,實現了精簡定位功能。
[Abstract]:The highway of our country in recent years, the rapid development of railway industry, followed by the tunnel construction is essential in some areas. In the traffic construction in mountainous areas and other special areas must have a large number of tunnel construction, tunnel construction and many have a longer length, the depth is deeper and deeper, more and more features section. These characteristics tunnel engineering adds great difficulty to the construction, there is a big challenge to the construction management and construction technology, construction risk is greatly increased, thus to ensure the safety of tunnel construction, tunnel construction monitoring becomes more and more important. Effective monitoring methods can not only timely implementation of the construction process of safety warning and also help the construction side to achieve efficient scheduling. In order to achieve effective monitoring of the tunnel construction process, to ensure the safety of tunnel construction, and efficient, this paper studies a method based on Tunnel construction monitoring system of Zig Bee. Some problems may occur in the process of tunnel construction, the basic framework of the system are: the first is the necessary environmental monitoring system, monitoring for environmental conditions may be some basic environmental information and in the process of construction, including basic information and other basic environmental temperature and humidity the dust concentration and gas concentration for real-time monitoring of the environment construction of threats through wireless communication technology; followed by the personnel monitoring system is also very important, the safety of personnel and command and control in the construction process, so the Zig Bee wireless network positioning and tracking of construction personnel, comprehensive control of tunnel construction situation, to provide real-time information for when the accident occurred, for the timely rescue. (3) research for the characteristics of tunnel construction and environmental monitoring of personnel positioning method. (4) studied the concrete realization method of tunnel construction monitoring system. Using the method of Zig Bee wireless communication technology and sensor technology to realize the combination of data acquisition and real-time transmission, through the realization of fuzzy positioning of construction personnel between nodes in simple communication the process, in order to achieve a comprehensive monitoring of tunnel construction. Through the experimental measurement and verification in the laboratory, the Zig Bee tunnel construction monitoring system in the environmental monitoring based on Measurement can accurately collect environmental parameters data, including temperature and humidity, concentration of gas, dust, and successfully upload data to the host computer, the basic realization of real-time monitoring of the environment. In the personnel positioning, positioning nodes can get near the reference node number and display the number two reference nodes receive the latest the PC monitoring interface, to achieve a streamlined positioning function.
