Abstract: To effectively control heavy metal pollution of city roadways induced by motor窯. the pollution index method was adopted to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of he在,vy me時(shí)嚴(yán)如運(yùn)on of roadway dust and topsoil ncar by roadside tre錮,, and gr現(xiàn)sp the status of heavy metal pollution of city roadways. The capability for the leaves of且 roadside tree to capture heavy metals and the diversity of the capabilities of different trees were discussed.節(jié)1e results show that the heavy metal concentration of roadway dust in downtown Tokyo increases with the traff妃. and it is higher in dust than in top崎il. There is the trend, i. e., Pb pollution, rep陀senting car pollution. declines in Tokyo. but its concentration is higher and Pb pollution will exist for a long time.
